Team Process:Describe the process the team used to work towards their goal. What was each person’s role and responsibility in the group? How were roles and responsibilities established?
Learner's I chose my daughter, the maid of honor, for the flower centerpieces because she
response:
loves creating something out of nothing. She did a great job.
The Groom, James, was assigned to find something to place the cake on to fit the
biker wedding. He decided on the bike trailer, which was perfect for the cake. After a good polishing, it was ready.
Alissa and Johnathan are new to the baking family and wanted to help make all the chocolates. With some trial and error, they mastered the art of using chocolate molds and completed the 300 chocolate bikes.
Luis, Nayeli, and Levy decided to collaborate and work on the biker skulls together, one at a time. The ideas they came up with and the compromising were excellent.
As for me, I created a simple wedding cake, made the Groom his shirt, and added
the new patches to the kid's vest.
Because of their dedication and their skills, all the projects, except the cake, were
completed before their goal date!

Collaborative Tools
: Describe any collaborative tools used by the group. How did these tools
support the team in their collaborative work?
If your team did not use any collaborative tools, describe potential collaborative tools that may have been helpful for the team’s work. Remember,
collaboration tools can include Google Docs, Monday, Zoom, Skype, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, etc.
Learner's response:
Because everyone came to my house to complete their goals, we didn't use any tools. If everyone had achieved the goals at home like they were supposed to, the collaboration tools would have been group text, video, and phone calls. Instead, they used yelling across the room!

Collaborative Strategies: Describe 2-3 collaborative approaches or strategies used by your group to meet the common group goal.
Remember, collaboration strategies or approaches can include in-person meetings, active listening, phone conversations, organization, sub-goals, etc.
Learner's response:
Nayeli, Luis, and Levy did the most active listening in the group. Because of this, they were very successful and were the first to achieve their goals. The bakers had a meeting with me to discuss what was the best way to go about making the chocolates. Threasa and the Groom work best by themselves and would check in with me to give me progress reports. Nayeli did help to keep Threasa organized with the flowers and the boxes.
