Creation vs. Evolution: The Lies of Darwinism
The origin and variety of life on Earth is one of the most important questions that
humanity has ever addressed. When exactly did life begin? And how has it changed over time?
What processes and factors contribute to biological variation? For centuries, these concerns have
shaped human curiosity and research, inspiring a number of philosophers, biblical scholars, and
scientists to seek solutions and explanations. However, as opposing viewpoints and worldviews
have evolved and collided, the search for meaning and the truth has frequently resulted in
conflict and controversy.
The two most well-known and conflicting theories about the origins
and variety of life, is Creationism and Evolutionism.
According to the creationist viewpoint, a supernatural being known as God created life on
Earth and engaged in the creation of the universe in accordance with a divine plan. Creationists
reject the theory that life originated in the natural world and evolved as a result of random
changes and natural selection. They present an argument supported by a variety of evidence
sources, including the Holy Bible, the complex structure and functioning of biological systems,
and gaps and contradictions in fossil records. In addition to being a scientific theory, creationism
is a theological belief that upholds God's existence and glory, humans' unique position and
function, and the world's moral hierarchy and responsibility.
Benjamin D. Wiker claims in his paper "Creationism Explains Life on Earth" that
creationism is a logical and scientific alternative to evolutionism based on the concept of cause
and
effect.
He claims that natural processes cannot account for the emergence of life,
Ray 2
information,
awareness,
and
morality.
He also criticizes naturalism for being too strict,
inconsistent, and incapable of explaining the origins of life, knowledge, awareness, and morality.
Only logical causes, according to Naturalism, can explain natural occurrences. The author
addresses several common creationist criticisms, including the claim that it is unscientific, its
disagreement with scientific discoveries, and the issue of evil.
“Creationism is not a scientific
theory, but a historical one. It is not an attempt to explain how life arose, but to tell us when and
by whom it was created.” (Wiker 16).
Rather than denying the existence of evil, he believes that
creationism provides a framework for recognizing and combating it. In addition, he claims that
creationism enhances and promotes science rather than opposing it. He claims that creationism
does not require random or spontaneous explanations to account for scientific, geological,
biological,
and
DNA
discoveries.
Finally,
he
questions
evolutionism's
theological
and
philosophical foundations, including naturalism, materialism, and atheism. He challenges the
reader to consider how different points of view affect the meaning and purpose of life.
Dean L. Overman's book "Life Originated by Design" uses logical arguments and
numerical calculations to demonstrate how unlikely it is for life to have emerged by accident
from non-living elements. He also calls into question the concept of self-organization, which is
based on the idea that simple building blocks will inevitably grow into complex systems. He
claims that biological knowledge must be based on intelligence and cannot be reduced to
chemical or physical properties. He then examines naturalistic explanations for the origin of life,
such as the RNA world and chemical evolution, and shows how they fall short of explaining the
specificity and complexity of biological information.
“The evidence for design is overwhelming.
The evidence for design is not based on ignorance or gaps in our knowledge, but on positive
discoveries of science that reveal the intricacy, complexity, and information content of living
Ray 3
systems.” (Overman 9).
He also points out the weaknesses and contradictions in Darwin's theory
of evolution, arguing that it cannot account for the development of extremely complex structures
or the creation of new understanding. The author goes on to argue that the only reasonable
explanation for the creation of biological information is an intelligent being with the ability,
knowledge, and will to create life. He supports his claims with a variety of scientific,
mathematical, and moral arguments, including the argument from design, the rule of knowledge
preservation,
the
principle
of
proper
reason,
the
modification
of the universe, and the
impossibility of chance. He also uses examples from literature, law, and history to demonstrate
how creative design is a logical and convincing assumption based on the data. He concludes that
thoughtful design by a creator is the best explanation for the origin of life. He persuades the
reader to consider the significance of this discovery in understanding the true nature and fate of
life.
In his book "Molecules Were Designed by a Creator," Michael Behe describes biological
systems as being made up of several interconnected components that are essential to their
operation. He claims that because removing any element renders the system useless, gradual
evolution cannot account for such systems. He uses three examples to back up his claim that
these systems are common in biochemistry: the bacterial flagellum, a rotary motor that drives
bacteria, blood clotting, a chain of chemical processes that stops bleeding, and the body's
immune system, a network of molecules and cells that defends the body against external
invaders. He believes that because these systems rely on all components being present at the
same time to function, natural selection cannot explain them.
“The result of these cumulative
efforts to investigate the cell—to investigate life at the molecular level—is a loud, clear, piercing
cry of “design!” The result is so unambiguous and so significant that it must be ranked as one of
