Identification of Community Brazoria County, Tx is located just south of Harris county, extending from Houston to the Gulf of Mexico. It includes the cities of Pearland, Manvel, Alvin, Angleton, Sweeny, Lake Jackson, and Freeport. Of these, Angleton is the county seat, but Pearland has the greatest population (City-data.com, 2015). As of 2012, Brazoria County contained a population of 77% urban and 23% rural (City-data.com, 2015). The median household income for 2013 was $66, 250 and the percentage of residents living in poverty was 11.7% (City-date.com, 2015). Of the 11.7% living in poverty, 89% were white non-hispanic, 13.2% black, 19.0% Hispanic, 12.6% american Indians, 15.8% were classified as other, and 8.2% as two or more races (City-data.com, 2015). Also with the poverty level, 16% were children under the age of 18. A July 2013 unemployment rate of 5.5% was able to be found (City-date.com, 2015). As of 2014, the percentage of uninsured residents of Brazoria County was found to be 21% (County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, 2015).
Neighborhood/Community Safety Inventory The Neighborhood/Community Safety Inventory tool was used to assess physical and psychosocial safety hazards in the county. Environmental safety hazards found in Brazoria County include drinking water violations, severe housing problems, and driving alone to work (County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, 2015). Though a breakdown of the actual chemicals for drinking water violations could not be located, the violations occurred at a rate of 5% (County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, 2015). Nestled in Southern Indiana just west of Louisville, Kentucky and south of Indianapolis, Indiana is Dubois County, Indiana. Dubois County is comprised of the towns of Birdseye, Ferdinand, Holland, Huntingburg and Jasper. Of those towns, Jasper is the largest and is the county seat (Kelly School of Business, 2014). The rate of poverty among children in Dubois County was under 10% in 2010(Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center & Dubois County Health Department, 2011). A 7.5% unemployment rate in 2010 was seen as well as an increase in families receiving temporary assistance (Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center & Dubois County Health Department, 2011).
In September of 2012, beginning in the country of Saudi Arabia, hospitals began seeing increased cases of a respiratory virus never before seen in humans. They named it Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, or MERS. MERS is a viral respiratory illness caused by the coronavirus. It was originally thought to have started there in Saudi Arabia. It was not until later that they were able to trace the origin back to Jordan starting in April of 2012. All outbreaks of MERS have been traced back to originating from the Arabian Peninsula (CDC, 2015a). Unfortunately, it is not known exactly how MERS was contracted in humans, but it is believed to have come from an animal source, probably from camels. Strains of MERS

Communication plays a massive part once building a relationship in the work setting. By regularly keeping effective communication between practioners, parents/careers and children makes a positive working environment. The relationships are mostly based on the type of communication between one another, communication is not just by verbally but also the body language we show, facial expressions and our gestures.

A basic overall assessment of Pasco county health concludes that the county is a moderately healthy community with chronic illness being a major issue. When comparing Pasco County In the area of Health outcome to the 67 other counties in Florida Pasco places 45th. The higher the score the worse the county is. (County Health, 2013) There are two categories that the rankings were broken into were health outcomes and health factors. Health outcome refers to mortality and morbidity. Health factors pertain to health risks including factors like alcohol use, access to care and education. With Health factors Pasco ranked 28th. The rankings vary by a large margin and lead to the conclusion that the county has relatively healthy.
Most of the people in Dade County are self-employed based on agriculture, fishing and mining industries, and some people are also engaged in administrative, professional, management and science related sectors for their living (City Data, 2014). However, the Dade County has 6 percent unemployment rate in 2014, and 18.4 % of the people in the county are considered to be poor in 2013, which is quite higher than Missouri rate of poverty (Missouri Department of Mental Health, 2015). At the same time, the median household income in Dade County is $35,146 in 2013, which is reasonably low than Missouri median household income (City Data, 2014).
