(300 words) It is a pleasure to write on behalf of Ms Yu who is working for me as a key account manager. I have known her since August 2013 when she joined my branch as comprehensive teller. I often received voluntary compliments from clients praising her outstanding level of service and follow-up. Her ability to calm irritated clienteles is unparalleled, and it is because of her merit in this area that I recurrently asked her to mentor new workers in the customer transaction department. Ms Yu is also a team player who made every effort to help her peers in the face of difficult tasks. Reminds me of an example when she was on break once and another teller needed her help to communicate with a Canadian customer due to her proficiency in English. Due to her timely assistance via phone, the customer successfully opened her first Chinese bank account. Ms Yu seeks an MBA to progress his career towards public accounting and use her knowledge to improve what she sees as the next level of auditing. I fully support her wish to advance abilities needed to enact her aims and achieve her considerable potential. Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant's response. (250
Please explain how your past personal and professional experience make you a quality candidate for the position for which you are applying.
I graduated high school back in 1994. I was engaged to be married in just two years, and even though I joined the Pennsylvania Air National Guard right after graduation it was only one weekend a month and two weeks out of the year. So I needed a full-time job. A friend of the family knew a guy who was opening a second store, and was going to need a store manager. I took the job and got started. What I didn’t know was the guy I was just hired to work for was a little confused as to what he wanted. I hung onto the job for a little over a year hoping it would turn around but, no dice.
The purpose of this journal entry is to choose a career in which I find interesting from a list titled: Health Communication Professions, and provide a description of what a person in that particular career does, the kinds of organizations it would be practiced, and the educational preparation need for such a career, then answer if this career would be one for me, and why or why not. Although many of the links on the list did not open, I gravitated something community based or Public Health related. I chose Public Health Communication Specialist, as public health is that which promotes and protects the health of the community or place where people work, live, and play.
Daniel emphasized how strict the entertainment departments budget were that I caused them to go over budget by not taking breaks and that from there on out I would be getting scheduled 28 hours a week. David changed my time sheet and added breaks on days that I did not take breaks. Daniel also stated that by the time I had replied to Davids missed time punch text that the time sheet was already sent in. I asked Daniel how this could be corrected and he told me he would have to check with HR but that I could just not clock out for 3 days. Daniel also asked me I meant by "I was doing lead work". I replied by telling him I lead my staff, performed closing lead duties; such as End of Day report, contacting guest services, reporting directly to

Have you ever felt unappreciated in a job? Do you feel on edge that at any given moment you could be replaced? Or has someone you are supposed to trust to put down your efforts? An effective leader should make sure you aren't left wondering these questions. I have worked in the special education department at a high school for three years under the guidance of the principal. During that time I have not been told that I am doing a good job or given any recognition. I am not alone because the majority of the department share the same feelings. Instead of mentoring us into the type of employees he desires he makes these negative comments. With no justification, since he rarely takes time to visit our classrooms, he has called us a “toxic department” and has repeatedly said “we should just start with a clean slate”. In the beginning I tried to approach him however, he
For the summer of 2015, I enrolled as a student in University of Maryland University College (UMUC) to start the journey of earning a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security. For the starting course requirements, Writing 101s was one of the three classes I had picked to begin with. When I first started off in this course, I considered my writing skills poor, with unorganized paragraphing and horrible grammar skills. Now, I am able to write great with more organized essays, proper sentence structures, and also gained researching skills for future research projects or assignments. This course has dramatically increased my confidence in writing and I feel that I am able to write at college level and not middle or high school.
In 2011 I decided upon a career change away from a fast paced sales environment and towards my ambition of becoming a teacher. Since leaving school in 1997 I worked for a small family run architectural hardware company. In my final role with the company my main duties included travelling the country giving seminars to architects and building contractors. It was during the development and delivery of these seminars that I realised I had a passion for teaching. The development of my industry based presentations was thorough and took into account the differing abilities and background of my audience. With constantly shifting standards and regulations, Power Point presentations to create for each session and handouts for the individuals in attendance
Students had previously covered the topic of developing fluency in multiplication by 2-digit numbers. After that topic students moved on to cover number sense, dividing by 1-digit divisors using mental math to prepare them for the following topic of my learning segment. The topic of my learning segment consists of developing fluency, dividing by 1-digit divisors. I designed my lesson as a three-day unit focusing on long division by modeling division with place-value blocks, dividing 2-digit by 1-digit numbers, and dividing 3-digit by 1-digit numbers. Students were introduced to division prior to my learning segment but the struggled to understand and comprehend division because students were only introduced to the division algorithm and were not provided with a mnemonic to help them recall the steps. Students also weren’t introduced to division with manipulatives or drawings. Therefore, I
In the year 2013, I started being my dad’s personal assistant for his own company. This has provided me with leadership skills. It has also helped me solved disputes between the owner and the clients. I listen to what the clients want and I try to help the owner and them come to an agreement about what has to be done. Especially doing everything in a good manner so the client is sacrifice with what they are getting. It is good to help solve the disputes that way the client knows that what they are getting is good quality material. Since he does not speak very fluent english I go with him to meet the clients whenever they ask for a translator. The first couple of times I went with him were very difficult for me because I was a very shy person.
To begin with, part of my job is to write or compose programming code which is systematically on it's own. Provided that, as part of the team conducted the measurement. The project that I can think of as the most broad case where we applied a scientific method throughout the organization was the search for proper and efficient solution to handle incoming support request sent to the IT department. Prior to implementing the ticketing system, IT support request are posted via email through an email group that includes all members of the IT department. This has been the standard procedure for years, it has worked well and preferred by many staff. That said, our organization has hired several employees, redefined departments and increase individual
This week’s lesson in forum 1 each onlinemate was to submit a thread in response to 5 questions after reading chapters 1 thru 3, plus show how a biblical worldview be applied. Also, according to the grading rubric for week 2 we are told to reply to 2 classmates’ threads. One of the thread I have chosen to give a reply to is Bernice Flores. The response to this forum will be based on 2.08 Discussion in the Publication manual of the American psychological association (APA), sixth edition (2013, p.35) and two premises on which sampling theory is based; the characteristics of accuracy and precision for measuring validity (Cooper & Schindler, 2014).
On July 1, 2015 I purchased a large drink, a small fry, and a cheeseburger with no onions. It was around 8pm there wasn’t very many workers there at the time. I explained to the cashier the reason why I did not want any onions. I was being nice and it seemed like she was concerned. At the same time she looked as if she was upset.
Even though not everyone on the team completed their tasks by the due date time, but we all managed to complete this week assignment. Keyna did not to complete her assigned tasks on time because she did not receive all the materials she needed to complete her tasks. This is due to Rashaad having problem adding his document to Google Docs. We only communicate via emails; meeting was not set up for this project. We can't communicate effectively due to time zone limitations.
