Project Management Plan Template This document is an annotated outline for a Project Management Plan, adapted from the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and IEEE Standard for Project Management Plans. The Project Management Plan is considered to be a “Best Practice” template by the ETS Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). The template is designed to address items for all sizes of projects. For small projects, it may be appropriate to omit sections. For unique projects, you may need to add sections. Tailor as appropriate. Where you decide to omit a section, you might keep the header, but insert a comment saying why you omitted the element. A suggested method is to leave the header and place the comment “Not …show more content…

Furthermore, McDonald’s is a true franchise success; the success of McDonald’s goes back to its roots, the start. By being consistent and providing quality service, cleanliness, and values at all times, customers have nothing to complain about and customers always know what to expect locally and internationally. With making things new and fresh, innovation is a key component to the success

Project Integration Management | Expert Judgment|-PM Plan is Formal, single document, approved (becomes officially the project plan. It defines how project is executed and controlled. Scope, schedule, and Cost, Change, and Configuration Management plans are created in this process and are part of the PM plan- Scope Management plan is developed here as well.|
With the increase in humans populating the planet, there comes a need for more and more resources, as well as more highways for transportation, leading to more cars on the road, and ultimately more greenhouse gas emissions. Greenhouse gas activity is obtained by subtracting the long wave radiation which escapes the earth from the estimated radiation emitted by the ocean surface (A.Raval, V.Ramanathan 1989). The escaping radiation has been measured since 1985 by the Earth Radiation Budget Experiment (ERBE) through the use of three orbiting satellites that sense longwave and shortwave radiation escaping the atmosphere. The estimated ocean radiation is found through direct use of the Stefan-Boltzmann law given the average temperature of the ocean surface. There seems to be a huge controversy about these greenhouse gases and how they affect the climate, and whether they even affect the global climate. This is not the first time in the earth’s history that a major climate change has occurred, referring back to the Ice Age when humans were nonexistent. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports predict that the average global temperature will rise about 2 - 4.5 degrees Celsius in the next 100 years, causing some drastic changes to the current environment (Lynch and Jenkins 2007). But if a major change in climate occurred without
I do not like the set-up of the document because it would’ve said the same thing if the headings weren’t there. I kind of like the way it tells you straight forward about the heading. The benefits could be it is

According to the PMI (2013, p. 3) PMBOK Guide, a project can be defined as a temporary endeavour which is carried out with the intent to achieve a desired outcome. The life of projects is generally expected to follow a developmental pattern called the project life cycle that includes a pattern of development; that pattern has widely been recognized as the process groups identified in the PMBOK Guide: the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and the closure (Kerzner, 2009, p. 44). The formal project period does not encapsulate the whole process (idea generation often precedes the formal project and diffusion into the environment often happens much later) but that is different from project to project (Lindgren & Packendorff, 2011. p. 54).
In today's business it is in the best interest of companies to have project managers. Common sense isn't always easily accomplished. Anyone who's ever worked on a project in a technical setting knows this. Indeed, much of working with others consists of solving unexpected problems and learning from mistakes along the way. Knowing this and having the proper tools a project manager will be able to manage and complete the most intense project out there.
Managing a project is no easy task. A project is a series of tasks or jobs that are related to each other and directed toward a common goal or output. Projects usually require a significant time commitment, and tend to be handled by groups of workers. The employees at Craft Construction, a small business that deals with complete remodeling and some small commercial buildings, generally divide into groups of two or three workers per project. The number of employees assigned to a job usually depends on the size of the project. For each project, a project manager and a lead carpenter are assigned to handle most of the work. Project scheduling is different for every job. Smaller jobs require less planning because there is
Currently the billing system is just as cumbersome. Each entity must enter medical data and billing data separately. Again, this is a costly labor intensive procedure that allows for inaccuracies to go undetected. Another intangible yet legitimate concern is the confusion caused to patients receiving numerous billing statements and insurance claim submissions from each separate entity.
The proposed document must be constructed to demonstrate the need for a new for-profit transportation service. It will present a business plan, and then go into detail about characteristics specific to this service.
The Project Management Plan (PMP) provides the general overview and establishes specific strategies and milestones for the preparation of study notes and delivery of presentation on the topic “Developing the Project Team “. The PMP will define the project 's requirements and expectations. This document will be updated as required, if there is any change in the subsidiary management plans.
