● Attract talents so they can constantly generate good ideas that can help the organisation and overcome its drawbacks
● Gain competitive advantage over others by recruiting and keeping the best candidates as they will have a group of loyal customers following them
● Assist in organisation growth as new hires can bring in skills and experience that an organisation is lacking which allows expansion opportunities
