(kâr´z, k´–) (KEY) , fl. 3d cent. B.C., Greek worker in bronze from Lindus, Rhodes; pupil of Lysippos. He was the sculptor of the Colossus of Rhodes and is said to have founded the Rhodian school of sculpture. No known works have survived.
