2 The US Department of Justice has been under public scrutiny due to the increased number of corrupt judges’ cases which affect the confidentiality of the Judiciary. A recent case that hit the headlines was on the conviction of the Texas judge, Rodolfo Delgado, who was tried and found guilty on the bribery charges.
