Instructions In Assignment #1 Your group developed a Compensation Strategy. Now your group will work to apply it to the positions in the organization and its employees. Part 1: Using the Point-Factor method template, perform a Job Analysis for 3 jobs (Appendix 2) and include justification for the values you have selected for each compensable factor. Steps include: Review the C&B Assignment Part 2 Instructions to view required Appendices Complete the Point-Factor Job Evaluation Template for each position within Appendix 1 including final ratings using the job descriptions in Appendix 2 and definitions/ratings in Appendices 3 & 4. Use Appendix 5 to identify the Band Number and corresponding Midpoint.
