Social Media is a collection of platforms that are hosted on the internet. It allows for consumers all over to be marketed to on any device such as cell phones, computers, and tablets. Social Media platforms also collect data about their user which allows companies to market products that are relevant to the customers. Why this channel is appropriate for this persona: Given my persona Social Media is and appropriate communication channel. Most Millennials and consumers who are 18+ all use Social Media platforms. One of the most popular platforms being TikTok is heavily being used by my persona to search for product information and reviews. Advertising my bars on this platform can help market to consumers all over the world. SECOND MARKETING CHANNEL Description of second marketing channel: My second marketing communication channel is via email. Email marketing allows you to control your own marketing list, and send promotions to customers who sign up to be marketed to. Email marketing is known for being an effective way to market. Why this channel is appropriate for this persona: The persona I chose are millennials and 18+ who still use emailing as a form of communication. Also part of my demographic are college students who uses emails to communicate with professors and loan providers. remote workers are part of my persona and they check emails as a part of their job and when applying for other opportunities.
