In today’s society, a good quality education is an important and valuable necessity. As a college student at Lone Star College, my college experience has greatly influenced me in an enormous amount of ways. By attending college, I have not only had a chance to receive a quality education and degree, but also an opportunity to socialize and interact with various people from different cultures. In addition, the professors on campus have been extremely helpful towards teaching me to succeed in both inside and outside the class room. Furthermore, my college experience at Lone Star has greatly influenced and encouraged me to be successful and achieve my dream of becoming a doctor.

-I’m an Artisan. I agreed with my results. When I was in High school, I took a kind of temperament sorter, they also said I’m an Artisan. I like to seek adventure and activities. In addition, enjoying today is one of the most precise words in my mind. In any projects, I enjoy the ideal job. The most like me: Artisan, Guardian, Idealist, Rational. This is because I’m not good at give any feedback and provide something to others. I always happy to do outdoor activities, imaging, and start the ideal project.

When I first heard of liberal arts schools, I thought of institutions like Julliard where students who want to study the arts attend. I pictured students painting on canvas, dancers leaping across stage, and musicians composing beautiful music. Since beginning my college visitations, I have come to realize that is far from what you will see at liberal arts colleges such as Loras. A liberal arts education not only touches on the arts but also the areas of history, science, math, language, and several more. Throughout my first thirteen years of schooling, I have taken classes covering many different subjects. Liberal arts schools continue to encourage one to learn about topics in various areas of study in order to obtain a more rounded education.

My most important future academic goal is to be accepted into an Ivy League school, Cornell University. Here I will receive both my Bachelors and Masters degree. My most important career goal is to start my own architectural firm. Starting my own architectural firm requires me to learn how to become my own business owner. I believe NCCU will better prepare me to be successful, and meet my future goals.

Artizone, a specialty home delivery that's available in our area has offered wonderful customer support. I was hesitant to use the service at first, but decided to place one small order to see how it went. Everything was delivered fine by the friendly driver. What made the experience super positive is I had a quick question so I called the customer service number, but while I was on hold I found my answer on their website and hung up the phone. Jackson Pollock was born in Cody, Wyoming, in 1912, the fifth and youngest son of an impoverished family. His father abandoned the family and he was raised by a strict and tough single mother. In 1928 they moved to Los Angeles, where Pollock enrolled at Manual Arts High School. There he came under the guidance of Frederick John de St. Vrain Schwankovsky, a “painter and illustrator who was a member of the Theosophical Society, a group that promoted metaphysical spirituality” (O’Conner). Schwankovsky provided Pollock with basic training in drawing and painting, introduced him to European modern art, and encouraged his interest in theosophical literature. Those theosophical ideas prepared Pollock for his later interests in Surrealism and psychoanalysis.

The concepts that I am having the most difficulty with is finding the femoral arty pulse and doing the math to find out how much medication should be given to a certain animal. My strategies for overcoming my difficultly of finding the femoral arty would be practice on my dogs at home and once I feel confident on finding there I can start to practice finding it on my sisters cats. To overcome my difficulty with the math I am going to do practice problems and make sure i wright each step our completely so I do not mess up the units. With practice writing each step done I should be able to get into a routine and it will help me solve the problems easier.
