Putting yourself out there and taking new opportunities will expand your horizon. Finding your passion and calling takes time, it won’t happen overnight. As long as you are constantly active in what you feel is your passion; sooner or later you’ll find your calling and all it has to

It also suggests that learners develop a theory and gain knowledge from their experiences; specifically, to understand a process or phenomenon (Mertens, 2015). The constructivist paradigm relates to my problem of practice because I am seeking information to gain knowledge and understanding about the “how” of a problem, the phenomenon of how
Even though many people have said to me that it is alright not to know what I want to do, I still worry about it. Recently I have thought that either graphic design or architecture would be nice because I enjoy designing things, but I am not sure that either of those things would actually make me happy. I know I want to be able to enjoy my job and make enough money to have a good home and support a family, but with both of those careers I would most likely be required to move away to find a job. That is something I would really rather not do.

): Special population learner’s face several barriers when they enroll in career technical education programs. One of the most common of barriers are negative behaviors. In my past experience as a Career and Technical College instructor, I can attest to the negative behaviors that are barriers for students. As a result of such negative behavior, the student will not finished a program.
I also like how the program mainly teaches the students the STEM subjects. Having this focus on STEM subjects I would be able to learn almost exclusively about what I’m most interested, which would be technology. In my future I hope to obtain a career with either software programming or engineering, so focusing on STEM subjects would allow me to learn what I would need to do to accomplish these goals. The school I’m currently attending does have electives such as robotics and Innovative Vehicle Design to help me learn more in the technology field, but even taking these classes haven’t helped a whole lot in learning more about my desired careers. That’s why I hope that entering into this program will allow me to learn more about what it is that I want to do. As long as I’m being taught these subjects I should be able to obtain the jobs. In school, I’ve never really had a difficult time with
