Apollo paints Pvt Ltd is a manufacturing company in the Small manufacturing enterprise sector. Apollo paints Pvt Ltd plant is located in Bangalore city and have added massive capacity expansion in their new 2.5 acre plant at Dabaspet in the outskirts of Bangalore. Apollo paints Pvt Ltd focuses on coating of architecture which are otherwise referred to as decorative coatings. The company had its humble beginning in 1982 manufacturing cement paints and as from 1993 onwards expanding activities so as make available various products in the coating of architecture such as Distempers, Emulsion and new generation products.

It has long been held that one of the major goals of marketing is to generate and maintain brand awareness. When executed properly the awareness creates positive attitude of the customers towards the particular Brand.
Apollo paints doesn’t have much brand awareness in the market compared to its competitors. Hence there are many factors which influence the customer in the purchase process, and the brand awareness is one among them. So this study helps to suggest how to improve the brand awareness among the customers in the market.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY:
This study helps to know about the brand awareness and its impact on consumer buying behaviour which is limited only for Bangalore Plant. This study helps to analyze the brand awareness in the consumers mind. This study also helps to identify the factors that influence on consumer buying behaviour of Apollo paints products.
