While I will use transactional leadership to focus on clarifying employees’ role task requirements and providing followers with positive and negative rewards contingent on performance. In that case I will take time to find qualified people through interviews and resumes, then I will ask for drivers and bank statement in order to find the person who can be trusted with the accounting and budget. I will check on background for qualification , and if their is any violation. B.communication strategies;

Frequent meetings give everyone an opportunity to be present and discussion gives everyone an opportunity to be present while project and changes are being discussed thus create level participation and brainstorming by giving all team member a chance to voice ideas ,concerns and shares status updates.

The team are open because of the confusion misunderstanding of what has happened. It my job to solicit feedback. Engage them in discussion and get their buy-in.the more input I get from my staff, the easier i will e to resolve conflict and grow as a team.
Conflict can alert you to morale problems. If you suspect that morale is low, it’s a tip-off that conflict may be behind the problem. Most employees hate conflict and their morale and eagerness to engage will be stuffed if you allow it to continue.
