Industrial improvement science (IPS) advises where possible to rigorously pursue the customer or the case of this paper – patient, ‘value’ in as much service planning as possible: many of the processes that provide little or no value to the patient are usually the cause of wasted time, resources, capacity and finance and can in places lead to sources of potential harm that take away from the improving health agenda. In order to really understand what provides value, quality and high level care to the patient, we need to consider improvements from the patient’s perspective, as they are the expert by experience.

In “Making the Grade” by Kurt Wiesenfeld and “In Praise of the F Word” by Mary Sherry, both authors establish an issue with the grading system in schools. Somewhere along the line, love for knowledge died and a generation of indolent students were born. They both however, point the finger of blame in different directions. Wiesenfeld claims society has molded the student to believe he/she can simply charm their way to good grades, whereas Sherry holds complete liability in the pampering of high school teachers.
I agree that valuing the satisfaction of clients and providing, validating information and care contributes to the positive experience of client within health facilities. Because if there is a limited access of care to clients, especially when they were waiting in an emergency or the surgery ward for a long period of time. They become anxious and frustrated as they are people just like us. on top of that the limited information provided to families and patients causes them to become uncertain about the plan of treatment. therefore, perceive that they have no control within the health facility and feel unvalued.

A critical viewer is always beaten by a critical reader. This opinion has changed however, after seeing the movie and afterwards reading the story of “Gravestone Made of Wheat” and the movie “ Sweet Land” which is derived from the same story. The charming love story tells of the deep love between the two main characters in the story, Inge and Olaf. The story tells of how they fought for the love that they had for each other. The film gives a vivid scenery of the story and gives justice to the idea of the writer. It shows how people could discriminate in terms of origin and culture. However, the depiction of Olaf as a man who will stand by his woman until the end justified this kind of mentality among almost all peoples from different
The Doctors without Borders organization was founded in 1971 in Paris due to the efforts of French doctors that originally worked for the Red Cross in Biafra during its civil war. The doctors were frustrated by the treatment of the Nigerian Troops’ to aid workers. Thus, upon returning to France, some doctors broke their contracts with the Red Cross and began to provide humanitarian aid not in conjunction with the regulations of the Red Cross. The doctors were firm believers that, “all people should have the right to medical care and that the needs of these people supersede respect for national borders” (MSF, 2001). During the same time period, a group of French journalists were trying to focus the attention of the world to people who were struggling and dying from natural disasters in countries like Iran and Afghanistan. These journalists believed that French doctors should help out with these natural disasters. In conjunction with the journalists, the doctors formed Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Starting from 1971, they have had a huge impact in helping shape history. A major event in the history of Doctors without Borders was helping
In conclusion, it is no surprise that the Doctors Without Borders organization is one of the world’s leading relief organizations for devastated and needy people. Started in France in 1971, it has grown to an international entity that reaches all corners of the earth. It is the ability of this organization to work simultaneously at the international, intermediate, and local levels, as a result of globalization, uneven geographies and neoliberalism that make MSF such an effective disaster relief aid. Famine, epidemics, malnutrition, death and the other numerous problems around the world can be tackled on multiple levels and dealt with by organizations like Doctors Without Borders, because of globalization and the integration of the various scales

Everyone deserves medical help whether they live in an emerging nation or in the heart of New York City. This is what Bernard Kouchner thought when he created Medecins Sans Frontieres, or Doctors Without Borders. Medecins Sans Frontieres goes to third world countries and helps deliver free medical aid to those in need. The amount of helpless people in third world countries shows that without the aid of Medecins Sans Frontieres citizens would be without the medical assistance that they deserve.
Doctors Without Borders was founded in 1971 by a group of 12 French doctors. The doctors worked with the Red Cross providing medical aid during the Nigerian civil war in Biafra. These doctors witnessed the starvation of many civilians, and they were seeing the Nigerian government commit genocide against its people. But the Red Cross had a policy to remain silent about what it witnessed in the field and required its volunteers to sign a contract saying they would obey the policy. It was this policy, as well as the inability to intervene without approval from the country’s government, that caused these doctors to deem the Red Cross obsolete. These doctors sought an alternative: a humanitarian aid organization that would provide medical relief

The lowest improvements was 0.2 ad the highest value is 5.42. The lowest improvements was 0.2 seconds while the highest improvments was 5.42 secons. Imagine an entire community of individuals, from doctors to massage therapists, that does not answer to any political entity or religion, yet still manages to collectively provide free healthcare services to millions of individuals in need every year. Medecins Sans Frontiers, or popularly known in the US as Doctors Without Borders, is an international NGO that does just that.
