Elaborating more on my capabilities when questions are asked and incorporating not only example of what I’ve done, but how it can be applied to the position that is available. This is an easy tasks because information is now available to me that was not previously. Now that I have my career builder report which points out my strengths, I can utilize that as a guide so that I’m focused on those areas in the future. As an individual continue to understand themselves and abilities more, it becomes easier to delivery that information clearly to a potential employer. That will be the focus so that in upcoming interviews, I am well prepared to explain this and how my key skills can work to achieve the organizations

The competency sort assessment shows a lot of un-balance rather than balanced in relation to my current skill set and my vision. To name some areas of improvement for my future job are delegation skills, management and control, effectively working across functions, facilitation skills, inspiring and influencing others and the area of giving and receiving feedback.
