In the Army, we have a list of core values that make up the acronym LDRSHIP: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. Much like the Bible, they guide us in our ethical decision making process. As a Warrant Officer in the United States Army, I am charged with the responsibility of the safety and well-being of every individual that carries a part in the aviation maintenance process.
