During this unit I learned how to share a project with fellow classmates to allow them to work on it at the same time as me. I also learned the three different ways to allow this, by either sharing it with them, sending them an invite or link through via email, or by copying the link and sending it them. When I used Google Docs in high school we just shared it with one another and could see when we were all on. We also used it when we presented, but I did not know with One Drive you could present online! I think that is one of the coolest tools ever! Not only can you work on these projects and documents together, but you can communicate with each other as well. I was also unaware of how many gigs of storage you get when you sign up for programs

To the extent my timetable is concerned, I typically go to work at 7.30 AM. It's a 20 minute stroll to the healing center from home. On days when I'm not working I'm finished with rounds and seeing patients by 6.30 PM and back home before 7.

For many people risk is an accepted part of everyday life. Every day activities such as catching the bus, travelling on holiday, playing football, setting up home and starting a family all carry some element of risk.

Traditional methods of risk assessment are full of charts and scoring systems, but the person, their objectives, dreams and life seem to get lost somewhere in the pages of tick boxes and statistics.

This task requires you to carry out a risk assessment in a work environment. Include the full risk assessment as part of the information you include in your submission. A Care Plan for a service user based on the information will be provided and you will be required to evaluate the risk and make recommendations on improving the Care Plan.

We are all familiar with risk. In fact, it is a key component in our everyday material life and we often manage it automatically either when dealing with mundane tasks or major hazards.

Risk is a multidimensional concept involving both the probability and magnitude of harms to research participants. All too often, risk is equated with the magnitude of the outcome. From the moment a person wakes up each morning, there is an inherent risk involved with, literally, everything that takes place throughout that day.
