During the growth of the Industrial Revolution many children were put to work in factories to increase production of the goods needed to be produced for the betterment of that country’s economy. Many kids worked in cotton mill factories and or oil cringe buildings. In the document analyzed titled Report on Committee on Children In Manufacturing published in 1816, England. Furthermore, due to their bad situation that made the regular growth of the kids in Stockport very stagnant and slow-moving. The hours kids worked in the factory at a time was regulated by the manager of the factory, but kids that were given breaks in between were chosen on how many hours they have worked so far. Many of the kids that worked for much longer hours at a time, were the much poorer and underprivileged children. So anyone can say there was some kind of inequality used in factory working. In other factories around the kingdom not just in Stockport, used child labor as their means to increase production in goods. As well as the factories themselves they were unsanitary and didn’t have any A/C or Heat, to that end were most likely were not regularly checked and renewed. In conclusion, the bill that Robert Owen and Sir Robert Peel wanted passed was enacted and also accompanied by a medical specialist Dr. Percival and another person in Manchester. This bill decreased the hours the kids had to work and improved the sanitary conditions in factories. Leading to the improvement in health in the kids working in the factories, and since then that diminished the illnesses that arose between before the bill’s
