INTRODUCTION
The marketing planning is very essential for Alcor Petro lab to be successful in the local and global market. This involves an outline of the organization and their complete marketing efforts. Being that marketing in the R&D petroleum world isn’t done by radio, TV nor newspaper it has to be very noticeable on all job search sites as well by word of mouth. There are a few steps of the marketing plan as a marketing mix, they are strategy and tactics. While strategically planning, Alcor Petro lab has to complete a one year plan that helps in identifying the existing problems and their solutions.
Mission Statement
The Company has developed a Quality Management System (QMS) in order to achieve these objectives. The system defines the Company’s technical and administrative policies and procedures. The Company will implement the QMS through training of new Associates, regular refresher training and internal audits. The Company will continue to improve the Quality Management System over time. This will be done by annual review process and regular revisions as improvements and/or corrections are identified.

Healthcare organizations need the quality management to track effectiveness and performance through different measurement tools to collect information about the patient satisfaction and evaluate the outcomes by comparing collected information to the performance expectation.
Quality management is an act that monitor all activities that needed to maintain and sustain high quality output, continuous improvement of process and product to a desire level of excellence in order to create customer satisfaction (Flynn, Schroeder, & Sakakibara, 1994, p. 342). Nowadays, increase in globalization and international trade had led to the increase of competition in the global market. The increase of competition had forced companies to focus on the concept of quality in their business and discover that effective quality management can increase their competitive advantage in the global market (Anderson, Rungtusanatham, & Schroeder, 1994).
The objective of this market plan is to identify ways by which Premier Oil Plc can offer its oil and gas product in a new market precisely Nigeria.
Quality management means delivering a project in a timely fashion and delivering it accurately. Projects take time to complete and time and effort are important to a project. Projects need to be completed accurately as a business only gets one first impression. Quality management rates a ten. My department sends out all types of correspondence and to prospects and students. Many test runs are completed to make sure the information is displayed correctly and is accurate. Once the information has met all conditions, an actual correspondence is sent.
The President Ralph Larsen has realized that Wengart has some major problems with the quality however he is focusing on the profitability instead of the longevity of the company. He needs to have the team focus on improving the quality problem or the company’s profits will continue to decrease. Larsen in the effort to improve the quality has decided to seek out help from an OD practitioner who suggests to Ralph to implement Top Quality Management (TQM). Larsen feels that this should be easy to implement and hands it off to Kent Kelly the Vice President. He feels that the TQM program was a matter of common sense (Brown, 2011, p. 365).
The total quality management (TQM) incorporates quality into all the activities of the organization through an ongoing process. This control makes sure that there is a continuous improvement in all the activities and there will not be any chances for defects. TQM ensures safety and helps improve customer satisfaction (Daft, 2014).
The company is a firm believer of quality in every step and maintains it in every facet of the organization. A quality management system has been designed and implemented by the company to ensure a consistent level of standards at all times. It also works continuously on technological and process innovations in order to improve them.
The proposals that we are going to depose are a planning of continuous action in order to confront the challenges, which BT confronts. The most important factor is considered to be the fact that the marketing environment changed rapidly after the deregulation of the telephone industry. Up to then BT was operating as a monopoly, ignoring the competition and ways to face it.
