Markg03 Unit 3 Assignment

The reason what makes me a worthwhile helper is that, i can help people on a daily basis and when someone has a question i answer it immediately to the person in need of help. I also know that becoming a staff member is going to be hard and it has a lot of responsibility meaning if i do something and i think that i am ready to take that responsibility.

Why should we choose you over anyone else: There are a few reasons but one of the ones I think will help a lot is that I’m Home Schooled So once I get done with my School work Which can be as early as 9:00 am and start helping with the server if I really want to get through my stuff as fast as possible. The Second reason is Especially on Factions and Factionsice I know pretty much every command that people will be asking so I can help with that

Other: Like I mentioned before I am very dedicated to what ever I apply to. I know that on new servers that just open the support rooms are slow so I will be working on moving people/ helping people in the support rooms. The support rooms get very crazy and uncontrollable at some points so I will try to take of the pressure of your hands.

2. Describe how you think you could make a difference on CycloneNetwork as a Helper:

1)Why do you believe you should be part of the staff team for CycloneNetwork? I think you should consider me as a staff member because I know a lot of commands. I might not know all of them but I know most. I could help the server by giving players suggestions. I could also give staff suggestions. I know being staff is sometimes very tough. I would never abuse any commands and I would never let a player get away with something against the rules. I would always punish players for something they do that is against the rules. I would ALWAYS warn players and mute players no matter how popular they are. I would always respect other players. Also, I know all of the warns, and the amount of warns and time length of mutes, and length of bans. Also, I remember

3)Have you had any staff experiences?If so, please describe(Please do not post server's IP) Yes I have experienced staff on very small servers. Except one server that i got demoted on for inactivity. It had about 100-300 avg. I own one server that im working on that is going to be prison. So yes I do have staff

I could go on for days on why I think I'm fitted for Helper but I would rather get my point across and not waste your time. Thank You for reading this application and taking the time and effort. I'm Mostly known on Prison and Op if you are wondering who I am. Wish Me Luck. :)

2. Describe how you think you could make a difference on CycloneNetwork as a Helper:

I have tons of experience in staffing, I will list all servers I have been staff on below, why I 'm no longer staff and other stuff.

As a Helper i would be a great role model and welcome new people and helper them out if they need.

I want to be Helper because of how active I can be and I get along very well with other people. For starters, I am not the person that becomes staff and fools around all day or changes their attitude when they get helper. Being a staff member is a big job, you have to take the job seriously and you can 't just go afk all day. I want to contribute to the server in any way possible. Helping is a part of my nature, and it makes me feel good. Sure, I can get mad at times, but that is only sometimes, not all the time. I also want to be helper because I am respectful. I do not judge people for who they are on the outside or if their grammar is bad, but how their behavior is and how respectful they are to other players. Even if they are disrespectful, I keep negative thoughts to myself so it doesn 't cause drama. ​

I feel that I should be selected for [Helper] because not only of the server's influence, but with how responsible I have considered myself to be. I will admit, for the past year that I have been playing around in this server, I have not been as responsible as I should have. I have done some reckless wrongs. Though, I do regard myself to be more patient with people and to be highly understanding with different concepts. For the past year, I have been quite paranoid due to certain plights involving reality issues, but somehow, this community has made me feel open and welcomed to my own opinions and it made me feel as if I could accomplish anything I want. I don 't have much experience for screen sharing but I am sure that you guys will be able to teach me how to screen share properly. This opportunity will help me realize how hard working I can be. I will strive to help people in need, people who feel uncomfortable or harassed. I will be sure to welcome every new player that comes on the server. I will talk to every member in a proper and mature manner. I will try my best to not argue but this is not a promise. I can sometimes be toxic so please keep that in mind. With the help of higher staff members I will become a really respectful person that people can trust and come to if they need any help. Since I am only 14 years old. I have a lot of time in my hands so I will be able to use my free time on the server and have fun at the same time. Interaction with each player is a key step to creating a healthy relationship. I will bring positive vibe and not be bias with any player. Each player, donor, staff member and YouTuber will be respected and treated equally so that drama can be prevented. As staff, I will make sure every player 's experience on this server will be a great one that they will remember even if the server shuts down. I am patient, friendly, honest and reliable. These traits are considered likable to most people. I try my best to read as many posts on the forums and give them my honest opinion.
