Key Recommendations Stated by Santibanez et al (nd) Redistribute clinic workload more evenly across the week and time of day; Allocate examination rooms more flexibly and dynamically among individual clinics within each of the programs; Promote clinic punctuality and re-evaluate scheduling practices.
