I am someone that invariably has a vision of prosperity and is not afraid to take risks -- always willing to do anything for the better of myself and others. I can take initiative when no one else steps up and is ready to accept any of my own mistakes.

Everyday I demonstrate all 5 parts of character. I believe that everyone should be a leader and do what they believe in and not let anybody stop them from striving and doing good things. I always put others needs before mine and will help anybody or anything. I always turn things in on time and do my work. I don’t believe in last minute work, so I try to finish all my schoolwork as soon as I possibly can.

My personality is quite similar to who I am when describing myself. I am also a person who values other people and being surrounded by others. I am the one who makes tries to lighten the mood during a heavy or deep situation. I also tend to always put others before myself because I strive to help others find their happiness. I am definitely a fun and outgoing person. I love putting a smile on others’ faces and I love to laugh on a daily basis. Additionally, I am also quite serious, responsible, and well organized. Overall, I would say that I have a “go-getter” attitude/personality, but I am quite the lively person as well.

Above all, I would like to think that others see me as easily approachable. I love interacting with people, and I am always interested in having conversations. I want to be the type of person who is there to listen when needed. I strive to be an individual who is regarded as open-minded, inclusive, and trustworthy. My friends describe me as easy-going, and I enjoy making people laugh. I smile often

The history of the Morefield Mine is that it was first found in 1929 during world war 2. Before this mine was found it was a store with a gas station. Morefield Mine was first mined for amazonite, beryl, mica, and tantalite. The U.S Bureau took over the mine and made it 115ft deep and drove a drift 75ft at the 100ft level. They finally sold the mine to Sam and Sharon Dunaway in March of 1996. Sam and Sharon expanded the mine and lengthened it to 425ft on the 45 foot level and made it 135ft deep. I 'm a very helpful person. I 'm always online, so I can always be helping in teamspeak. The server has a ton of players coming on each day, so the teamspeak support rooms are really busy. I can do my best to clean them out, and help every player in there. Not only can I help in teamspeak, but I can also help in game. If a player has a problem in chat, I can assist that player. I 'm a really active forums user as well, I 'm always checking up on forums throughout the day. If I see a thread that requires attention, I 'll help out. I 'm really good at getting along with players. whenever a player needs something I 'll reach out to them and make sure I get it figured out. I love helping players and I love solving their problems. If given a situation that requires me to help another player, I 'd approach them in a friendly way and try my absolute best to solve their issue! I 'm really good at giving quality service, no matter the situation, and I promise to always give the best service to each and every player on HCZone!

I found it interesting that the acid produced from the mine can burn fabrics and skin. Also that the acid created by the mine is known for having the worst concentration of acid in the world and is about 500 times more acidic than any other mine. The mine is so dangerous that they have to pump air in just so people don't pass out. The greediness of humans and their action caused this catastrophe and its us that need to stop it from creating any further damage. People can help by donating to charities or being green. I think that if everyone works together this problem will be shortly minuscule as I believe the EPA will be able to bring acid levels down with

Lastly, another aspect about me is my flexibility not physically but emotionally I am willing to learn from the other Staff Members and respect new ideas and opinions on things in other words I am "open". Additionally, I am very active in-game and offline if I am not Online I am usually on MineChat or the Forums.

My first medium server experience would be on a server mineblast. I was helper for about a month then was offered a promotion to moderator because of my online time and activity on the forums. I was a moderator for about 3 weeks then I resigned because the server was going down, and the owners didn't seem to care. I was very active and played almost every day during the week. Also owner a server called omega factions.​

I like to look at myself as a genuine, thoughtful young lady. I’m a hard worker; I believe nothing is ever handed to you so you have to go get it. I worked hard to get to this point of my life and working even harder to get to the successful and graduate part of my life. I care more for some others than I do myself but I have a huge nonchalant attitude. I don’t really show anger or sadness much I always smile because I’m optimistic about life. I look at life as if something bad comes along, no need to dwell on it you can’t take it back so just move-on and improve what you did wrong if it’s possible.

I am a pretty well rounded individual although not perfect by any means. Throughout my life, I have always tried my best to be friendly to everyone and optimistic in all situations. I don’t think anyone would ever describe me as a critical or aggressive person. I’ve always been willing to give advice and be encouraging to anyone that I felt needed it. I believe that I am a fairly conscientious person in that I have always been careful and diligent when it comes to work and other life choices. I’ve always been organized and usually don’t act on pure impulse alone. I’ve never been described as traditional or conventional. I’ve always been open to new experiences and relish every opportunity that can make me a more well-rounded person. People would also describe me as a fairly intelligent individual with a vivid imagination. My weaknesses, however, would have to include my ability to develop people and team process. I’ve always been encouraging, but I can improve upon my ability to develop people by providing feedback to individuals on their performances and recognizing individual contributions when I am part of a team.
