Murder is Murder Murder is the unlawful premeditated killing of one human by another. In other words, it is plain awful and not correct. Murder should be punished the same way no matter your gender, religion, age, etc. If someone was brave enough to commit the crime, they should be brave enough to face the consequences. Just because certain people are younger than others does not justify their actions, therefore nobody should acquire special treatment. We should all be trial equally. Even though every teen goes through a massive brain lost, have problems with their parents, it is not a justification to perform as they done. I never imagined something like this,on account of it is not pragmatic, therefore it is difficult to believe the causes that drove kids commit crimes as awful as these. Their reasons were not good enough,yet the kids did not show any compassion whatsoever. Jennifer Jenkins younger sister Joy was pregnant when she and her husband were murdered by a teenager. When they asked the reasons for his actions he responded “see what it would feel like to shoot someone” The cause for his actions are not nearly close to okay, he did not just shoot one person, but three. Jenkins stated “ As a high school, teacher I have worked lovingly with teens all my life and I understand how hard it is to accept the reality that a 16 or 17 year old is capable of forming such requisite criminal intent” (Jenkins 1).
