The issue of Abortions has been a controversy for years now. There are two main groups for this problem, Pro-Life, and Pro-Choice. Pro-Life supports the human rights of life should be embraced, by religion and ethics. Pro-choice is when someone wants to make this choice without no remorse of human life, but because someone wants no part of it raising one.

Pro-choice people are all about choices the more the merrier but in the end of the decision we want the choice to be made by the mother and no one else. Pro-life people talks all about life and only life but are they really for life when that also agree that rape, victim of incest and if a woman’s life was at risk abortion is doable. Not to mention not all pro-life feels the same way even when they’re on the same side. Yes pro-life do think more about the viable fetus rights other than the mothers but that does not mean pro-choice does not think about the viable fetus at all. Pro-choice wants the child to be welcomed into warm opened arms instead of a hard brutal world depending on the mother’s situation. Such as if the mother had no one to turn to and was out in the street and could barely provide for herself.

For many years, the topic of abortion has been very controversial. Many people who are Pro-Life believe that abortion is murder; that by committing this act an innocent human being is killed. However, individuals who are Pro-Choice argue the opposite. They believe that abortion is a “fundamental right” that is guaranteed to all citizens of the United States due to our U.S. Constitution. Not only do they believe that it is a right, but they also believe that allowing women to have a choice over when they want to have a child is very empowering.

Since some of us thinks life begins at conception, abortion is equivalent to murder as it is the act of taking a living thing life. Abortion is having a disregard for human life.

In 2014 there was a case of a Woman named Rose who had cancer and was prescribed Oxycodone, After many tries at different pharmacies she finally gave up because they all denied giving her the prescription she needed. Shortly after this incident Rose passed, her husband Carl tells ABC Channel news “I guess some of these people make judgements about whoever’s walking in to get a prescription. They’re too suspicious.” (Cancer Patients.) According to the patients Bill of Rights a patient has the right for considerate and respectful care, reasonable response to a request for services, continuity of care and many more. (Diversified Health.) All of the pharmacies Rose went to violated her right to have continuity of care and should be punished. There has been quite a controversy over whether or not pharmacies should have this right to deny refills or certain types of medication to certain patients because of their beliefs. The two sides of this debate both hold the same reason for why or why not they are doing this, they both want to protect the patient and not have any harm done. Pharmacies who refuse are trying to make the drug abuse level go down and those doctors who are prescribing the medications are only doing what they need to provide their patients’ the best care and to relieve them from their pain.

Ever since America has been a stable, governed country, Democrats and Republicans have always had different viewpoints. This upcoming election presidential candidates do not have the same views on current issues. I will be discussing three main views that each candidate believes and why they do not agree with one another. I also will choose a candidate views I agree with and why. The three most popular issues that the politicians do not agree on is abortion, taxes, and immigration. Both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton do not agree with one another on any of these. The first candidate, Donald Trump, wants to ban abortions at some point in pregnancy with exceptions for rape, incest, or life of the mother. He also wants to tax individuals differently depending on their income, and ship all illegal immigrants back and build a huge wall to prevent illegal crossing. Hillary’s view is that abortion should remain legal but rare, the rich should be taxed more and middle and poor class should be taxed little to nothing. Also, she wants to get full and equal citizenship for all immigrants in the United States. In current embattled elections, it is important that voters understand the issues and their candidate’s viewpoint. Though it is only two presidential candidates left, only one of them can earn my vote. My vote will depend upon the candidate that appeals to my belief system and values.
