I believe that resolving in to fighting is unreasonable and unnecessary. People should be more observant so that arguments don't lead to fights. If you do get in to a situation where you are the one in the fight have people there to support you. You could get in trouble by many people. This essay will explain several reasons why I think its not ok to resort to fighting.

A meeting with all involved parties to discuss the issue is also another good way to resolve conflict. Everyone will have a chance to speak; this is a good opportunity to hear all sides of the story and gain a full understanding of the conflict.

It is important that you take the time to understand the cause of the conflict and why it has happened. Listen and hear what is being said, if a child does not think that he or she is being listened to they will get even more upset or angry.

When we communicate with people be it children young people or adults we adapt our communication to the appropriate language. We will do this automatically if we are in a meeting with other professionals, we will act and speak in a formal and professional manner, whilst speaking to a infant we will be more animated and speak in a higher voice which we know will keep the babies attention. So when I communicate with children I need to be clear so they can understand what is expected of them.

When evaluating factors that influence interactions, in this case the preferred language style was to speak to the nursery children more on their level without using words they don't understand or personal jargon that only I understood. In treating a young child with ADHD you need to get a report from the teacher on the child’s behavior and how they are doing in there academic’s. Use the child’s report card as documentation. Have interviews with the child to see if they could sit steal while you are talking to them, Inn form the child’s Doctor that the child is having difficulties and that you would like the doctor to send the child to a Psychologist for evaluation for ADD or ADHD. Let the doctor know that the child is having social problems, moody, having social liaising, having some behavior problems, is having trouble staying on task and plays by them. Also ask for counseling so that issues can worked on and identified better.

For young children, speak in clear and concrete language. Speak avoiding slang and expressions (it is raining cats and dogs), but do not talk down to your child, because (s)he can tell the difference. For older children, talk normally and respectfully, making it clear that you will be polite if your child is confused by a figure of speech or needs you to repeat something.

Language development is vital to a child 's life. It can come in various ways; expressions, body language, visual and spoken. Language is diverse with many different types and sub-dialects and forever developing through the ages. To a child, language is divided into two different categories; the early stages and the later stages. The early stages consist of a child 's life from zero to five in which they may not attend full-time schooling but their language is still being developed by the environments they are consistent with. The later stages are from five to eighteen in which children attend school full-time in both primary school and high school. Language development is not stopped when a child leaves school, it creates many benefits for them personally, in which will continue to grow and expand. These benefits are: intellectual, emotional and social.

As children learn to communicate through each stage of language development they gain a better understanding of the importance of expressing themselves through language. In some cultures, new skills are learned through nonverbal observation. A distinction has also been made between cultures that encourage independent learning and those that encourage cooperative learning (McLeod, 1994).

William Mure once correctly said, “The history of every language is inseparable from that of the people by whom it is spoken.” Languages symbolize the boom and bust of every ethnic, nation and class.
