The Ten Commandments The Ten Commandments is a 1956 religious film which based on the life of a biblical character name Moses. This story is denoted from the Book of Exodus, which depicts how Moses lived his life. The Ten Commandments tell historical events about how the Judeo-Christian God chose Moses as one of his prophets to lead his people out of Egypt and free from bondage. The Ten Commandments also provide the historical background of how the Ten Commandments was the law set by the Judeo-Christian God that came into existence in Israel on Mount Sinai. Notwithstanding that myth of the Judeo-Christian God became a reality when Moses left Egypt and traveled through the desert to Mount Sinai. There in Sinai would be the first encounter Moses would have with Judeo-Christian God and their Judeo-Christian God gained Moses’s attention through a burning brush and a powerful voice telling Moses he is Judeo-Christian God and his father and I want you to go back to Israel and tell Pharaoh to free my people. While this film tells a modern story set in the present day which is analytical of both atheistic skepticism and abrasive religious fundamentalism. Next, The Ten Commandments film set the story wholly in the ancient world but was still used to entertain and address modern issues. The Ten Commandments has a place in history and were created to teach the moral limitations and firm basis for obedience of the law. These Commandments can still be used today to teach the ten most historical and influential laws established by the Judeo-Christian God.
