By identifying the philosophies, values or mission statement I Want to explain the 6Cs that is my trust’s six fundamental values. To observe the trust values as a trainee assistant practitioner the six fundamental values I need to maintain in mind are Care, Compassion, Communication, Competence, Commitment, and Courage. NHS Commissioning Board (2012), the 6Cs were developed in 2012 as part of compassion in practice. The 6Cs encapsulate the values and behaviors of the essence to the legal transfer of high quality, compassionate care Beal, J (2014). Care is core business and that of our organisations and the care we deliver helps the individual person and improves the health of the whole community. WUTH (2012) Caring defines us and our work. A person receiving care expects it to be right for them, consistently, throughout every stage of their life Beal, J (2014). Compassion is how care is given through relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity. I believe that nursing is an occupation consisting of professional individuals that exhibit and express …show more content…
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”As written by the World Health Organisation (cited by E Sarifino2002). As written by Barker, (2003) an individual’s view of themselves is constantly changing, based upon their experiences. To achieve this state of Health as a trainee assistant practitioner I should follow the values of my trust. An individual’s opinion of who and what they helps them form and develop their own individuality. It is established through the individual’s behaviour and attitude. It relates to how they view themselves and is associated with their own self-image, body image and self-esteem. Murphy (as cited by Gross, 2001) stated the self is part of the individual which is understood and know to by the individual them self. A person’s physical appearance is the first thing that is seen when they are in contact with others. If the individual feels positive and confident within themselves then this will influence the development of a strong and healthy life. This can also influence how they experience life allowing them to develop in a positive, healthy way and enabling them to build up strong relationships with others. Self concept can be based upon one’s own expectations and goals which they hold
This presentation is going to talk about person- centred care, confidentiality, respecting privacy and dignity and protecting from risks and harm. The common core principles are important to every Health and Social Care setting as they provide a basis for a general understanding of promoting good mental health and recognising signs of poor mental health among everyone receiving care and support. The aim of care home are to meet the identified needs of individuals who live in that home. An older person might need to live in that care home for years. It is important for staff to be aware of responsibilities in delivering care to support the individuals who live at that home. These common principles of health will help develop the workforce that respond confidently to the individuals and supporting the life they are leading.
The NHS have 6 core nursing values, launched by England’s chief nursing officer, Jane Cummings, after the Mid-Staffordshire disaster. These 6C’s were put into place to reinforce holistic nursing (Delves-Yates, C. 2015), ensure that everybody within the National Health Service is doing everything possible to ensure the best possible service for the patients, and to ensure that patients were put at the heart of everything healthcare professionals do (Watterson, L. 2013). The 6 C’s include care, compassion, competence, commitment, courage and communication. All six of the 6C’S are all fundamental values when it comes to healthcare, however out of these six, the three that I have chosen to write about are communication, compassion and courage. I have chosen these three as I believe that they are the most imperative when it comes to delivering high-quality care for the patients or service users.

When BKDR_WIPALL.B is dropped, it stays latent for 10 prior minutes beginning to erase documents and halting the Microsoft Exchange Information Store administration. The vindictive code then goes latent again for two hours and makes system re-start it self. BKDR_WIPALL.B is exceptionally forceful and obtrusive. It actualizes a peculiarity that permits it to execute duplicates of itself with different limitation. With this system the mal-ware completes different program task, including erasing records and dropping extra segments. The extra segment "usbdrv32.sys" for instance gives assailants read/write access to introduced new files to the
Just to be clear, do you want us to discuss three different types of programs/sections (covered in Unit 3: Succeeding as an Online Learner) that are available, at our disposal, to help users acclimate to the online learning environment? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Thank you for this valuable information ad tips for the quiz. I knew some of the things you mentioned however i didn't have any idea about some. Like clearing cache and cookies before beginning the assignment, i thought it was quiz but this has made me to take it much more serious than i did before. I would remember that. It is good to know before taking my first quiz in UNV104. I wold like to know if your Internet connections goes off automatically and it submit. Is that the end of the quiz for the student?
There are some questions that may come up while reviewing my application, which have not be answered elsewhere. With the following addendum I’ve provided answer to the bigger questions I anticipate will come.
The use of technology is not perfect, and you made an excellent point that there should be a backup plan if data is displaced. My current employer uses what we refer to a downtime form if the computer goes down and we are not able to access the patient's record. I agree with you that often time management may not be aware of the intricate details of an employee’s job. Do you consider pen a paper and adequate backup source if one loses access to the computer? I don’t believe a manager who is not knowledgeable will lose respect from the employee while it may cause frustration I don’t think it was always grounds to lose respect. In a situation like this, it allows and team member to step up and help the manager to get acclimated to the daily
Analyzing, my unit 9 document along with other assignments thought these ten weeks I tend to write about topics that are trending or topics I have something to contribute a voice to. I must admit, I tend to favor free writing where I am able to present myself in the raw, not focusing on particle rules of writing.
I have chosen to stick closely to the three entity requirements as outlined in the Assignment Statement since this course is about how to do an E-R diagram rather than a mandate to build a perfect car insurance system. Initially entities, attributes, constraints, and comments are captured in a series
I am so glad that you raised this point. If I am not mistaken, I believe that you are referring the amount of $145,000 suggested by Jakhongir Abdurakhmonov in unit 1 for the scope of our scenario. Based on my experience and practice in life, we often work out the budget, or we come to the last figure of the budget by the result of our calculations of the budget such as this, which we are developing in this unit.
The Six C’s, known as the core fundamental values, were developed from the strategy known as Compassion in Practice, developed in line with Cummings and Bennett (DOH, 2012.) The Six C’s include care, competence, courage, commitment, compassion and care. These are the main focus area for nursing practice and are vital to giving patients best care. As explained by the Department of Health (2012), competence is understanding the needs of service users by using expertise, clinical and technical knowledge in order to provide them with the best quality of care. Bradshaw (2008) explained that in order to provide good
We all are born and raised with values, Nurses deal with their values on daily bases, as they are responsible to provide care to sick and vulnerable population, and their values definitely affect their ability to provide care. Nursing is a profession, which should be based on values like care, compassion, respect, dignity and advocacy, values of Teamwork, Wholeness, Integrity, and Excellence. Amendolair (2011) researched the application of a practice model based on caring in relation to how and with what ideal nurses base their practice. In “NURSING PRACTICE MODEL DEVELOPMENT 6 (2011)” Amendolair states that the use of caring values when designing and integrating a practice model will help fortify a solid foundation for nursing practice
I almost submitted the same assignment, but when I noticed that there were already two, I changed to different question. I identify myself in this assignment, since I am still an English learner at my age. But, I certainly agree that small groups, gestures and familiar context helped me a lot in my discomfort process in learning the new language and the new
