1.Introduction
The aim of this system analysis report is to provide an automated Book information system which has proper information in a relevant style; to which they show on their current system and to present the proper information for an intended automated information system.

As there are many approaches for development for a medium sized company like Broadway bookshop, SDLC (System development life cycle) is preferably the best method should to be adapted development.
The systems development life cycle is a conceptual model which is used in project management that is explains the stages one by one development project, from starting to complete the application.
In general SDLC Methodology following these steps to make an automated bookshop system:
1) The existing system which is manually so it is been evaluated. Even all the Deficiencies are identified. It is done by interview with the users of system and by consulting with them.
2) And it is defined the new requirement for the system even the deficiencies are addressed with specific proposal for improvement.
3) Then proposed system is been designed. Plans are prepared concerning with the physical construction, hardware, operating systems, and

After all the information is obtained, analysts will review, analyze and structure the information obtained so they can develop an overall understanding of the new system’s requirements. To define the new system requirements; drawing diagrams, workflow diagrams and activity diagrams will be used to express and model the new system’s processing requirements. Last, the IT team selects and recommends an alternative to Riordan Manufacturing. The recommendation recaps the results of the analysis phase activities, and together the team makes firm decisions about an alternative.
In order to manage the encryption keys securely, enterprises need to employ encryption in their cloud environment, while maintaining secure off-site storage of their encryption keys.
Analysis and system requirement – conduct some survey to collect more information, perform benchmarking. All these input will improve the system.

Design process is really important for a new system proposal to respond the need of the employees and overhaul the outdated system that there are some problems especially in terms of standard in putting codes and integrating method of working for productive system, for example, specifying the standard in putting data

Our objectives in this project deal with the existent problems of the current system and what should be accomplished to solve them.
After the proposed system is analyzed and designed, the actual implementation of the system occurs. After implementation, working system is available and it requires timely maintenance.
This definition shows the importance of the core requirements, without them being implemented, the solution is ineffective.
There are quite a few systems development approaches. In this report, systems development life cycle (SDLC) and rapid application development (RAD) have been discussed.
Computer system plays an important role in solving human problem in their daily life. There are standard steps in order to develop information system called System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC is the framework available to build a complete system. There are five phases in SDLC which are planning, analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance (refer to Figure 1 in Appendix 1).
The main objective is to provide with many number of technologies, which fulfill the customer needs and will be interested in particular systems.
The systems development life cycle, according to Elliott & Strachan & Radford (2004), "originated in the 1960s, to develop large scale functional business systems in an age of large scale business conglomerates. Information systems activities revolved around heavy data processing and number crunching routines".
The following is a detailed look into the system implementation, methodologies, tools used, test-plan and feasibility study of the proposed system.
