Why Should You Be Chosen As A Staff Member?

I have a lot of experience with being staff.This old server named RiftPvP, which I was helper on, had a lot of people playing daily and then we did a vote at the end of each month to see who the players thought was the best Staff Member, and i got it most of the time. I would help anyone that needed it. I 'm also a admin on a server that I help with a lot which is named ImmortalNetwork.

I believe that I am an appropriate candidate for the staff team, because I know how to asses and address a countless number of situations due to experience on a moderately successful server. I believe that, when a parent allows their child to access the multitude of ItsJerryAndHarry servers, that they feel safe knowing that their child will be protected from anything that may come their way negatively. Each and every individual on this server should be able to move about this server at their own discretion, and not fear harassment or criticism from fellow players. I want to keep this a friendly community, because when it comes down to it, Minecraft is a game to come and have fun with your friends. I want to keep this belief alive, and aid in making this server, one that the masses will enjoy. I tend to listen to positions of authority as soon as the command is issued, and put my very best towards it. Contrary though, just like everybody else, I am only human, and on many things can fall short of what has been expected of me. I use opportunities like this to help me grow, and let it stand as a learning experience on how to adjust myself, so that I may do it the correct way the first time when the next opportunity

You guys should accept me for staff because I possess lots of maturity for my age, and I am very dedicated and I want to help clear out the cheaters because I know staff have lots of problems they have to deal with and people expect a lot out of staff. And another reason is I love the feelings of catching a cheater in the act and banning them to help other people. I want to improve the server for the better. I am a hard working person and I would love to see the server improve, I would like to get rid of the hackers and the spammers and all the people who break the rules in general. I would like to be part of this staff team, I believe that I could pass on my knowledge and experience from previous servers onto this one. As someone who is a little bit older than most people, I will be able to bring with me a more reasonable and patient frame of mind. I also believe that what comes with the role of staff is not only the power to keep everyone safe from those who wish to cause problems but its also important not to let the power go to ones head.

I 'm a very helpful person. I 'm always online, so I can always be helping in teamspeak. The server has a ton of players coming on each day, so the teamspeak support rooms are really busy. I can do my best to clean them out, and help every player in there. Not only can I help in teamspeak, but I can also help in game. If a player has a problem in chat, I can assist that player. I 'm a really active forums user as well, I 'm always checking up on forums throughout the day. If I see a thread that requires attention, I 'll help out. I should become a staff member on Arkham because Arkham is my duty. Arkham is my number 1 priority. There are many people applying for Trial/Helper on Arkham, and I am a very patient person. I can assure you all that I wont talk about my application at all. Also, I am a very helpful, loving, loyal, caring, and trustworthy person, and future staff member. I have been staff on many other servers, and on most of them, I was very helpful, and I always responded fast. I have also never abused, because abusing is just something that many people just can't accept. Abusing on a server like this is like going bankrupt. I want to me like my parents. I have been a Helper on VeltPvP before but I got demoted. The reason I got demoted was because I flew out of a trap on kitmap to go watch someone who was setting off alerts when I wasn 't tagged. Unfortunately I got banned because I could not show evidence.

The reason I want to be staff is because I known about this/played this server for quite awhile. The first time I got on I already liked it cause it was fun/fair and after awhile i got to a high rank but then I started to play almost everyday as much as I can. Then I seen other staff and thought to myself "I wish i could be a helper like them" but I never tried out but I did want to be a helper/staff cause I could help out quite a bit. Now since I know even more I could help out even more and see the server change like it did multiple times and if I was Helper/Staff I could stop people from Cursing, Spamming, and using Caps a lot and that would make me happy to be able to do that cause it's one of the things I don't like. That's most of the reasons I would want to be Helper/Staff.

A main reason to why I think I should be staff is because I am quite the active player, I have been on everyday since I have joined for quite a few hours a day. I set high expectations for myself, and others so you shouldn’t worry about me doing a half-ass job while I am working with players. I can be a jokester at times, but when needed I am mature, and professional. I rarely get moody meaning that I wouldn’t log into the server and start taking my anger out on players and just ruin their experience on the server, instead I am genuinely a happy delighted person. I would want the players to stay, and invite friends to player, instead of causing them to hate me, and quit. I am also a very patient person so for example, I am screensharing a player.
