I find difficulty making them follow instructions and cooperation seems too difficult to attain in the library. Even if meetings are held to discuss issues and concerns of the students still, refuse to cooperate. I think there is a problem with keeping peace and harmony in my department.   Our old employee, in particular, does not try to get along with others in the department.
