a. Pro Split: train each muscle one time in a week.
b. Upper and Lower: one training for the upper body, and next day for lower
body.
c. Push – Pull – Legs: this program me divide the body into 3 pieces, one day
for push like chest and triceps, the next day is pull like back and biceps, and
the third day is for legs.
d. Full Body Work Out: that’s balance between cardio and muscles.
5. There is in-body device that should be carried each 2 weeks.
6. This system should have a mobile conversation app between trainers and trainees
to follow up on gained and burned calories, spare time, maximum weights,
maximum counts for each weight, and so on.
7. All this info from in-body device, and mobile app should be stored under each user
ID. (Note, you need to decide which DB is proper to store conversation text, and
which technology you will use to analysis and store in structured format).
