Answer to Problem 15SSC
Standard steps are not applicable (or applied) to every scientific investigation.
Explanation of Solution
Someone who conducts (or leads) scientific research/investigation to advance knowledge in the field of interest, called a scientist. Also, they explore unique ideas and collect evidence to prove/disprove previous theories.
In any scientific investigation, scientists do not use a standard set of steps for every investigation they conduct because every scientific investigation has different (or unique) nature. Scientists use different and pre-planned steps before every investigation to ensure their outputs. Also, using a standard set of steps would not be a practical way to discover solutions that scientists or investigators seek.
The nature of every scientific investigation is not similar.
