Over population is detrimental condition where the number of existing humans exceeds the carrying capacity of earth and it’s caused due to factors such as reduction of mortality rates, increased medical facilities and depletion of previous resources.

Introduction of tax benefits to control over population:
The population policy consist of measures which are taken by the government to control the population through encouraging larger families and limitation of births to decrease them. In the current situation the population can be controlled only through educating them. Providing tax benefits to the families can be the part of population policy. When the people were educated then the chance of affected by STI reduces, which also eliminates the STI problem and also limits the population
The government need to promote tax breaks in the population policy in the country which can reduce the population.
