9/11 English Narrative

The morning of 9/11 I wasn’t going to go to work because I had an allergy appointment,

The same night, Sam went to her school dance with her best friend by her side and also the foreign exchange student her grandparents were hosting. The geek that had a crush on her would not leave her alone the entire night. Due to this fact, Sam decided go to the auto body part of her school and was sitting in a car. She just wanted to be alone because she was her crush Jake and his girlfriend dancing and she was getting upset. As she was sitting the geek came along and they began to talk , as they were talking in the beat up car. He told Sam that Jake was asking about her like and she got really excited. After, the geek told her this Sam started to practice talking to Jake in the hallway but could not find the right words. Later, that night when the dance was over she saw Jake in the coat closet but froze and did not say anything. On the other hand, Jake froze too when he saw her and did not say

Her voice was telling me to stay calm, this is normal,everyone goes through this. But I knew that something was wrong, it stung and I was not supposed to feel anything. Every kid gets a contact in their eye when they turned 11, today was my 11th birthday. I felt them touch my eye, she told me that the contact was in, and my world went dark……

“Don’t look down” the wind whispers tenderly as it blows through my golden trusses. Trifling detailed fragments of snow fall from the skies above, meeting the horizon. They are the calmness in this storm. My storm. The jagged icy glaciers, sharp as a knife, smooth as silk, tower overhead. Every breath I take is a battle, every thought is a war and every step is one closer to the end.

Scarlett awoke to the sound of her alarm and a pounding at the door, "Turn that blasted thing off!" her aunt Beatrice bellowed from the other side. Groggily, Scarlett sat up and groped around her side table for the alarm clock. She shut it off and sat in place for a few seconds to collect her bearings. Scarlett swayed slightly as she stood from the bed and walked slowly towards her door, noting the fact that her aunt was gone, she headed to the bathroom. Doing routine things like; peeing, brushing her teeth, and combing her hair into two pigtails at the sides of her head. She then headed back to her room and dressed for school in her white tank top and red hoodie. Grabbing her ipod, headphones, and school bag she sat down at the front door

Nothing I did worked. His skin, so close, so warm against my own, did it distract me? Was that it? I had done my best to free myself from the darkness he had encompassed around me, but my efforts did next to nothing in getting him away. He evaded it all. I was floundering amidst my own failure, but he was still there, still overshadowing me.

The semester began and Jackson contacted Blake to see how things were going for him. Jackson asked Blake about Jayla to see if they met yet. Blake never got a chance to meet Jayla because of his tight schedule. Jackson called Jayla after class one day to talk to her about trying to meet Blake. Jayla was very busy, so she never saw Blake. Then one day Jayla and Blake were in Winslow Dining Hall getting a meal. Jayla was in line getting a plate, and Blake came over to speak to her. Jayla was very shy but she spoke to back. Blake and Jayla really didn’t say much after

I woke up and rolled out of bed. I went to the kitchen to make breakfast. On the way there I noticed Addison and Jenna curled up together in the middle of the hall way. I bent down and gently shook them awake. "Why are you girls sleeping in the hall way?" I asked. "Long story," Jenna said. "I've got time," I replied. "Uh okay. So last night I was having some doubts about the wedding so I went to the bathroom and called Lindsay for advice. Then when I came out Val had been eavesdropping on the whole conversation. He got mad at me because he thought I wasn't committed to our relationship. Then I got mad at him and I kinda gave him the ring back and kicked him out," Jenna explained breaking down in tears. I pulled her into a hug

It was Brittany's birthday, she was be surrounded by all the people who cared and loved her deeply. The whole afternoon was spent celebrating her beautiful 22 years of life. Being that Brittany is a Kindergarten teacher, David gifted her a custom-made storybook filled with photos, memories, and milestones. As she read out loud to everyone--just as she would in the classroom ;)--the book wrapped up with her newest & most cherished adventure yet....David. The final pages read, "Now they’re finally together as happy as can be, but one thing still remained, so he looked at her and asked…..Will You Marry Me?". Right then, with ring in hand, David asked Brittany to spend forever by his side.

One of the few people lucky enough to spend the majority of their life with Melissa was Kay Kuhlman, they became friends when they were toddlers and maintained that friendship into adulthood. When they were in grade school, Kay’s house caught fire, causing her to lose not only her home, but many of her possessions too. Melissa was there, offering help in any way she could. When the incident repeated in high school, she provided material and emotional help again. At just 17 years old, Kay learned she was pregnant, and Melissa was one of the first people she told even though she was terrified of losing her best friend. She never said anything negative towards her, and instead assured her she had always been her friend, and she would be there for her through that as well. A few years later, Melissa gave birth to her own kid and their children quickly became friends; Melissa loved both children so wholly she wrote to the local newspaper about them and got an article published, which is still in Kay’s house to this day.

Then one day in the science elective we were doing an experiment. Everyone doing the experiment were on one side of the tale and then on the other side there was August. I personally didn’t mind August and if he touched me I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it. However, Ms.Rubin noticed we were all squished to one side and she sent two of us over to the other side, Tristan and Nino. During the experiment August accidently touched Tristan. Tristan freaked out because of the game and went over to immediately wash her hands. While she did this August looked sad, mortified like he had done something wrong. At that moment August looked like he had a million ideas swirling around his head his eyes got watery but he never cried. August had found out about the game.

When Kristina and Brandon got married they decided to open a CrossFit Prevail Gym in McHenry Illinois. Brandon dressed and went downstairs to eat breakfast then headed out the door to get to the gym to coach the 5am WOD class at the gym then head to his job afterward. When Brandon left it was 4:45am Kristina lied back down and fell back to sleep. When the second alarm went off at 6:45am Kristina found a little munchkin in bed with her it was Chase. He had snuck into her room to give her morning cuddles. After morning snuggles both Kristina and Chase got up and went to wake the girls for school. Running in and jumping on his sisters Chase finally awoke them and they all headed down stairs for breakfast. While all three children ate their cereal and watch cartoons. Kristina went up to take a quick shower and dress herself to take the kiddos to school. After finishing their cereal, the three children all went upstairs to get dressed. Madison the oldest dressed herself, made herself a lunch and packed her bag for school. As Madison was finishing packing her bag Makenna came down the stairs to pack her bag. After dressing Chase Kristina came down stairs to help her children. Kristina made Makenna a lunch and packed Chase a snack for preschool. “Get your shoes on” Kristina yelled as she turned off the lights and television. By the time that everyone got out of the house and into the car

She thought about the letter that she wrote for Santa Claus, about the gifts he would place under the Christmas tree tonight. And then she realized she should ask Santa for something else."

Two weeks before their thirteenth birthday Bentley and her mom moved back to California. On their thirteenth birthday, Bentley started school. It came to lunch time and all of Blakely’s friends thought that Bentley was Blakely so they invited her to their table. A couple minutes later Blakely walked up and all of her friends were confused, they then Bentley introduced herself.

It was a warm summer night Patrick and I were standing on a cliff that looked over Derry. We were watching the stars it was the the prettiest thing that i've seen in a long time. I looked over to Patrick and He turned, smiled and said “Kassidy you know that I love you. Right?.” I smiled and said “Yeah I know. I love you too.” Then he walked over and grabbed my hand and looked me in the eyes and then the smile on his face turned into a frown I looked at him with a confused and asked “What is it?” He sighed and said “I’m leaving Derry and I’m not coming back. I can't stay in this town and I wanted to see you one last time before I left. I know you’re going to try and talk me out of it but before you try I thought I should tell you I’ve already made up my mind and it’s not going to change.” I stood there shocked. My heart dropped into my stomach and my thoughts were scrambled. All I could mutter out was “Y-you’re W-what?” He chuckled “You’re starting to sound like Bill.” I
