The quiz will be posted on the ISM 6124 site in Canvas under Assignments. The quiz will be available for downloading at noon on Wednesday, October 1. You will have one week to work on the quiz. Estimated time required to complete the quiz is 2 to 4 hours. Place all of your answers within the quiz Word document. Read the questions carefully and provide concise and complete answers.Place your name in the requested position on this first page. Guidelines for Test Administration: The quiz will take place during the hours of instruction. Students will be provided 45 minutes to complete the quiz. Students will fill out their selected response questions on the Scantron and will fill out their constructed responses on a lined sheet of paper provided.
This quiz consist of 20 multiple choice questions and covers the material in chapters 1 through 4. There are five questions from each chapter. Be sure you are in the correct Chapter when you take the quiz.
