There are three basic principles that govern the FSBP 2020 program are first, the ability to support a unit’s mission while remaining flexible to the senior leadership and providing the highest quality of housing to Soldiers (HQ, DA, 2014). On Monday, March 7, 2016 at about 1323 hours while present at group 31 office I reviewed the 3rd platoon roll call for August 2, 2014. The following information was disclosed;
This SOP is applicable to all personnel assigned to 4th Division, 3rd Brigade, 64th Brigade Support Battalion, and all Physicians Assistants (PAs) attached.
They assumed that all Army’s forms are self-explanatory, therefore, we completed the exercise using the step by step methodology. I provided each group a DA Form 4809 and a DD Form 714. The Soldier playing the role as the issuer annotates columns a, b, and d and Meal Card Control Sheet and require the recipient to sign in column E The issuer will place recipient’s name on the DD Form 714, obtain the recipient’s signature and the MCCO will sign the DD Form 714 and have the meal card laminated and provided to the recipient. This completes the meal card issuing transaction.

According to my findings thus far, each military member, regardless active duty or training will receive a DD214. The document will state if a person actually was called into active duty or not. That is something to examine when someone comes in the office for assistance. He or she often get a second DD214 based on active duty time.
