I would like to reach out to you as we have a lot in common on St. Croix. Limetree Bay Terminals and St. Croix Renaissance Group (SCRG) are the two largest land owners on St. Croix. Our two properties are abutting each other. And, for the past fifteen years, we have owned the 1,245 acre St. Croix Renaissance Development and Port on St. Croix. We are your neighbor to the Limetree Bay Terminals. Our tenants are Puma Oil and Diageo Distillery. We both have dedicated ports for commercial and industrial use. And, we have an abundance of developed and developable land for storage and terminal related uses. I look forward to meeting with you and discuss our common interest and opportunity to work together. We have a lot in common. We both came to the US as immigrants. I came with my family when I was twelve from Hong Kong. I was born in Shanghai. My family is from Tianjin. We live in Boston.
