Everyone knows the struggle of exercising, whether it is trying to find the time to do it, we don’t have any motivation to do it, or we just don’t know how to do it. People just put it off and hope they will stay healthy. Most of the time people say they will start tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year. Chances are if we keep telling ourselves we will do it later, it’s most likely not going to happen. We need to start now because our bodies were meant for moving; therefore, we need to give the body what it needs. Exercising is one of the most important things people should do every single day. Exercising helps us not gain weight, we can live longer, and we can learn to have fun. The main reason people need to exercise is to not gain weight. Let’s face it, no one wants to gain weight unless they are underweight and need to. We start to gain weight and then we become miserable with our body. We lose our muscle tone and start to realize we are getting chubby, and then in a blink of an eye we become overweight. We should be exercising, so we don’t get to the point where we hate our body; we need to get to the point where we love our body. We also want other people to love our body because that is the first thing people notice when we look for a significant other.
