A legislation is a law made by the government that dictate the general rules. The code of practice is more like how to put in to practice the legislation setting up the standards and the ethics. The work place policies are “rules” made by the employer that may be different from an employer to another but never in contrast to the legislation or the code of practice.

Even though codes of ethics are written down, they are not known as rules, but it is given to set the boundaries of what is and is not an acceptable way to conduct research

The purpose of this email is to inform you of a concern that we, the tenants in Unit #4 at 2332 Saidel Drive, have regarding a noise issue from Unit #3.

The article summarises a new programme that will be given to newborn babies against meningitis B. Meningitis is an infection of the membrane which surrounds the brain and spinal cord. This can affect anyone but young children are more vulnerable to the infection. Some symptoms that have been shown from the infection are high fever with cold hands and feet, agitation, misperception, sickness and headaches.

When in a health and social care environment, there are always strategies and procedures in place which will help individuals to be at minimal risk of abuse. However there needs to be specific procedures in place that will help decrease any amount of risk.

One of our branch goals for DBR 2017 deliveries is to maintain procedures inventory and perform annual audit. I wanted you to review procedures of the desk that you are working on. You are required to perform this task quarterly. Below are dates that our procedures are assigned to your names.

In this report I will be describing different patterns of ill health and who and how they are monitored. That way the shooter would have to barricade through things before getting to the patient. I would also tell the patient to very quietly call 911 and tell them that we have an active shooter in the office. Then if it was safe, I would hurry to Exam Room 2 and tell those patients that same thing. Since the infants parents are with, I would quickly tell them to hide anywhere they can in that room and to lock

Throughout research in Health and social care settings, there are many implications with the research, which takes place. Many research methods include ethical issues which have to be considered when conducting research. Ethical issues need to be considered when research is being conducted, in all methods of conducting the research information.

Bell (2005) mentioned that ethical research involves acquiring informed consent of people to be interviewed, questioned, observed or taken materials from and reaching to an understanding of how the data will be used and analysis will be reported and published. In guiding the activities of researchers, Denscombe (2010) described three ethical; “protection of participants’ interest”, “avoiding deception or misinterpretation” and “informed consent of participants”.

Dear journal, today in class I did a multiple choice on the Ethics of Research. I learnt so much from that activity from protecting participants from harm to inform consent. I have erudite that ethical considerations are a significant feature of research that all teacher researcher should be knowledgeable about. During class, the first thought came to my mind about ethics was rules for distinguishing right or wrong. According to Resnik (2015) he believes that Ethics is a norm that distinguish between what is acceptable and unacceptable behaviour. I think it is imperative for me to adhere to the ethical norms in research in which i will have Informed consent to avoid deception, confidentiality, anonymity, protecting an individual from harm.
