1) Reason or Purpose for Closure - (Project Sponsor, other Key Internal Stakeholders) The major purpose of the Project Closure Report is to inform the stakeholders as to why the project is closing; is it complete or not; has the budget been expended; did it fail or was it terminated for other reasons? The closure report can efficiently cover the information that is pertinent to the Project Sponsor and the Project Manager without being long and drawn out with excessive details. 2) Executive Summary – (Project Sponsor, other company Executives) The executive summary should be the first item on the closure report. It may also stand alone as the closure review. The executive summary reports all the high points of the project. Often times busy executives do not want to read an entire closure report; therefore, the executive summary should lend enough information to recap the project without having to read the details of the entire report. What were the success criteria or expected benefits and were they met? They want to know what the project was about; what was delivered, how effectively was it delivered, and what has been learned from it. 3) Deliverables\Milestones - (Project Sponsor, other Key Internal Stakeholders) The list of deliverables from the Project Scope should be listed, as well as, whether or not they were met and any worthwhile notes about the process. The scope

Rivers can help develop different civilizations such as the Nile River. This great river measures thirty five hundred miles through many different countries (Orlin, 2010). The Nile helped to bring life, security and dictated how the people planned activities throughout the year. For example, the farmers would seed the land after the Nile would start swell and then recede to its normal banks (Orlin, 2010). This helped the seedlings to grow and then produce bountiful harvest. The Nile provided security for the Egyptian people by allowing the reeds and natural grasses around the bank of the river (Orlin, 2010). This would allow any enemy that wanted to attack to not
I will discuss with the parents that assessing the biological age and training age will reduce the risk of injury because the maturity assessment helps to determine the fitness level of their children. Also, a complete health assessment will determine their weakness and strengths, as well as contraindications to exercise. The resistance training program will be based on the children’s maturity level, training age, physical abilities and specific goals. I will gradually increase the volume, intensity and rate of progression to reduce the risk of injury and overtraining. I will incorporate low- impact exercises, as their bones, ligaments, and tendons are not fully developed. Before each training session, they will start with a warm-up and end

Beneficence compounded by nurse-physician communication created ethical problems in this case. Mainly, Joanna’s assessment of Mrs. Kelly being ignored by the resident physician and the nursing supervisor. Joanna worked within the scope and standards of practice, she assessed, evaluated, and monitored her patient’s condition. She then reported her findings to the resident twice, and also sought nursing support from her shift supervisor. After Joanna’s first call to the resident, and her continued concern she needed to advocate in a proactive manner. Continuing her assessment of Mrs. Kelly to include palpation and auscultation could have offered additional clinical information enabling her to articulate the problem to the resident and nursing supervisor.
This is very convenient for each province to control the sale and revenue. People wondering why it has to be different provincial liquor boards but not just one and apply to every provinces and territories. The answer is to keep the market under control for each and every province in order to maximize revenue, making it easy to keep track of the sale and consumption through their own network of retail stores.
A variety of data will be required to test the theory of effectiveness being employed. Firstly, data will be required regarding incidences where in EMNC could be faced with lawsuits ranging from: patient negligence to a, failure to protect nursing staff and other health care workers from injury. Other data will come from the literature on health care giver standards that have been shown to help avoid lawsuits, (e.g. failure to use equipment in a responsible manner, failure to communicate, failure to document patient care and failure to act as a patient advocate).

Clear Business Objectives, the report talks about how it’s absolutely essential that the project business objectives align with that of the organization objectives.
The main objective of the report is to ensure consistent communication with management, and the client in order to ensure that there is consistent communication with both parties. This inculcates the meaning of understanding the requirements of the project as it is developed. It also creates a chance for the development metrics to be analyzed whole by the entire team as a means of ensuring that they are completely followed. Every aspect must, therefore, be reliant on the professional viewpoint based on the objectives and the considerations of product.
Project Completion Reports (PCRs) establish a record of project achievements against the project’s original outcome/purpose and outputs as stated in the logframe. PCRs help us assess impact, draw out conclusions and learn lessons that may be valuable to others including those designing new initiatives with similar characteristics. Note: The PCR needs to draw from the project’s Final Evaluation.
Conducting postproject reviews. Once you have closed down the project, final reviews of the project should be conducted with management and customers.
actual work. Who are the project stakeholders besides those few people doing work on your project? Stakeholders are those who have some reason to care about the outcome of your project. They could be customers or users of the project’s eventual deliverable; they could be managers whose staff are working on the project; they could the ones providing the budget for the program. Do these people need to be informed of status along the way? What would they like to know about how the project is progressing? See format #4 – it shows how to summarize the project, status, and issues, in ‘slide format’ for easy reading. And of course, this info can simply be used as bullets in an email to the right people. * * Contents of the file: 1. Periodic Progress Summary Report: Report format for publishing progress, plans, and issues at regular intervals. 2. Project Status – Major Task Completion: Presents status for a project phase, with emphasis on reporting completion status of major tasks. 3.
