Charles-Pierre Colardeau (1732–1776)

Colardeau, Charles-Pierre (kō-lär-dō’). A French poet; born at Janville, 1732; died in 1776. He was elected to the French Academy in 1776, having written ‘The Men of Prometheus’ and ‘Epistle to M. Duhamel.’
