Cohan, George M(ichael). An American comedian and playwright; born at Providence, RI, July 4, 1878; died in 1942. Among his plays are: ‘Forty-five Minutes from Broadway’ (1905); ‘Get Rich Quick Wallingford’ (1910); ‘Seven Keys to Baldpate’ (1913); ‘Hit-the-Trail Holliday’ (1915).
