Introduction:

The T Company is an automobile company which is known globally. With regards to the question, the company has highly publicized safety problems. A spectator has mentioned that the goal of efficiency of the company has taken an exemplar over the goal to maintain quality within T. The question is if efficiency and effectiveness can be improved simultaneously in T by the managers. Furthermore, there are ways for the leaders at T to overcome or to respond to the safety situation.
