Introduction:
The endomembrane system of cell consists of Golgi apparatus, nuclear envelope, membranes of endoplasmic reticulum and vesicles of several types. These organelles work together and communicate with each other with the help of vesicles. The Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum are flattened saccules while lysosomes are specialized vesicles.
