The program should have a loop that iterates 10 times. Each time the loop iterates, it should roll both dice. The die with the highest value wins. (In case of a tie, there is no winner for that particular roll of the dice.)
As the loop iterates, the program should keep count of the number of times the computer wins, and the number of times that the user wins. After the loop performs all of its iterations, the program should display who was the grand winner, the computer or the user.

- Slot Machine SimulationA slot machine is a gambling device that the user inserts money into and then pulls a lever (or presses a button). The slot machine then displays a set of random images. If two or more of the images match, the user wins an amount of money that the slot machine dispenses back to the user. Create a program that simulates a slot machine. When the program runs, it should do the following: Asks the user to enter the amount of money he or she wants to enter into the slot machine. Instead of displaying images, the program will randomly select a word from the following list: Cherries, Oranges, Plums, Bells, Melons, Bars To select a word, the program can generate a random number in the range of 0 through 5. If the number is 0, the selected word is Cherries; if the number is 1, the selected word is Oranges; and so forth. The program should randomly select a word from this list three times and display all three of the words. If none of the randomly selected words match, the…arrow_forwardPlease provide answer in C#: Slot Machine Simulation A slot machine is a gambling device into which the user inserts money and then pulls a lever (or presses a button). The slot machine then displays a set of random images. If two or more of the images match, the user wins an amount of money that the slot machine dispenses back to the user. Create an application that simulates a slot machine. Figure 8-23 (on page 539 of your book) shows an example of how the form should look. The application should let the user enter into a TextBox the amount of money he or she is inserting into the machine. When the user clicks the Spin button, the application should display three randomly selected symbols. (Slot machines traditionally display fruit symbols. You will find a set of fruit symbols attached to this dropbox for your use - from the Student Sample Programs provided by the book author.) If none of the randomly displayed images match, the program should inform the user that he or she has won…arrow_forwardLap Timer Tool Write a Python (GUI program) that asks the user to enter the number of times that they have run around a racetrack, and then uses a loop to prompt them to enter the lap time for each of their laps. When the loop finishes, the program should display the time of their fastest lap, the time of their slowest lap, and their average lap time.arrow_forward
- Dice game Rules of the game: The players roll three dice, and the program adds the sides that turn up. After the first roll of the three dice, a player may choose to roll the dice as many times as they wish until the player gets at least one side 2 from a dice. When a player gets at least one side 2 from the dice, that player's score drops to zero, and the turn switches to the other player. Both players play the game for an equal number of turns, and the player who gets a score higher than 18 wins. If both players get a score higher than 18 within an equal number of turns, the player with the higher score wins. If both of the players got the same scores, print the scores of the players. These are the minimum required functions for this program. Design and implement these functions. You can create more functions if you choose to. Here is the provided starter code: # A program to play a Dice game. import random def roll_die(): ''' Simulate a die roll ''' def…arrow_forwardJava Programming Travel Tickets Company sells tickets for airlines, tours, and other travel-related services. Because ticket agents frequently mistype long ticket numbers, Travel Tickets has asked you to write an application that indicates invalid ticket number entries. The class prompts a ticket agent to enter a six-digit ticket number. Ticket numbers are designed so that if you drop the last digit of the number, then divide the number by 7, the remainder of the division will be identical to the last dropped digit. This process is illustrated in the following example: Step 1. Enter the ticket number; for example, 123454. Step 2. Remove the last digit, leaving 12345. Step 3. Determine the remainder when the ticket number is divided by 7. In this case, 12345 divided by 7 leaves a remainder of 4. Step 4. Assign the Boolean value of the comparison between the remainder and the digit dropped from the ticket number. Step 5. Display the result—true or false—in a message box. Accept the…arrow_forwardGameAA.java This program allows a user to play “Rock, paper, scissors” against the computer. Use a random number generator to generate the computer’s selection. Your code should ask the user what they choose and then report the computer’s choice and who wins. This code should run in a loop and should end when the user chooses to end. (Make sure your random number generator chooses a new number each time the loop runs.) ALSO, your code should keep track of the number of times you win, the number of times you lose, and the number of ties. When the user exits, these statistics should be displayed. (Consider using a different counter variable to keep track of each value.) Make sure your code accounts for inputs that are out of the acceptable range. For example, if you ask the user to type 0 to end, 1 for Rock, 2 for Paper, and 3 for Scissors, your code should tell the user that they entered an invalid choice if they select 4. (You do not have to account for users who crash the…arrow_forward
- (Simulation) Write a program to simulate the roll of two dice. If the total of the two dice is 7 or 11, you win; otherwise, you lose. Embellish this program as much as you like, with betting, different odds, different combinations for win or lose, stopping play when you have no money left or reach the house limit, displaying the dice, and so forth. (Hint: Calculate the dots showing on each die with the expression dots=(int)(6.0randomnumber+1), where the random number is between 0 and 1.)arrow_forwardLap Timer Tool Write a program ON PYTHON that asks the user to enter the number of times that they have run around a racetrack, and then uses a loop to prompt them to enter the lap time for each of their laps. When the loop finishes, the program should display the time of their fastest lap, the time of their slowest lap, and their average lap time.arrow_forwardQuestion Language: JAVA Keep Guessing Write a program that plays a number-guessing game to guess a secret number randomly generated within the range 1 and 10. The user will get as many numbers of tries as he/she needs to guess the number. Tell the users if their guess is right or wrong and if their guess is wrong let them try to guess the number again. You must generate the secret number using the Java Random class. When the user guesses a number he/she will have to take an input of his guessed number from the keyboard. The user will have to take as many inputs as needed to guess the correct secret-number. That means the code will keep looping as long as the guess is different from the secret number. Use a while loop to prompt the user to guess again if the guess is wrong. Create a class named NumberGuessingGame which will contain the main method, write all your code in the main method. Sample input and output: Suppose the random number generated is 6. I have chosen a…arrow_forward
- Using a Sentinel Value to Control a while Loop Summary In this lab, you write a while loop that uses a sentinel value to control a loop in a Java program that has been provided. You also write the statements that make up the body of the loop. The source code file already contains the necessary variable declarations and output statements. Each theater patron enters a value from 0 to 4 indicating the number of stars the patron awards to the Guide’s featured movie of the week. The program executes continuously until the theater manager enters a negative number to quit. At the end of the program, you should display the average star rating for the movie. Instructions Ensure the file named MovieGuide.java is open. Write the while loop using a sentinel value to control the loop, and write the statements that make up the body of the loop to calculate the average star rating. Execute the program by clicking Run. Input the following: 0, 3, 4, 4, 1, 1, 2, -1 Check that the average…arrow_forwardRolling Dice Simulator [Java Assignment]Objective: Create a Java program that rolls two dice and displays the results. The program should have two Java classes: one for a single die and another for a pair of dice. Assignment Details: User Input: Ask the user to specify the number of sides they want on each die. Ensure that the user's input is within a reasonable range. Dice Rolling: Simulate rolling the dice using Math.random() based on the user's chosen number of sides. Display the sum of the values rolled, e.g., "5 + 3 = 8." Special Combinations: If the dice roll results in combinations of 2, 7, or 12, print special messages: "1 + 1 = 2 snake eyes!" "3 + 4 = 7 craps!" "6 + 6 = 12 box cars!" Main Method: In the main method, create a pair of dice, roll them, and display the results. Allow the user to decide whether to continue rolling the dice or exit the program. Additional Features: You are welcome to add more features or enhancements to the program if desired.…arrow_forwardMonty Hall Problem – Coding Lab In this lab, you will write a code that simulates the Monty Hall Game Show. Thegame host gives the participant the choice of selecting one of three doors. Twodoors has a goat behind them and one door has a prize. The set of choices arerandomized each round. The participant needs to select the door with the prizebehind it. When the participant selects a door, the game host reveals a door with agoat behind it. The game host opens a door (different from the one selected by theparticipant) that has a goat behind it. The participant is then given the option tochange their choice. When you run your code, the code would display a message prompting the user toinput their door choice, labelled as 1, 2, and 3. Then the code will display a doornumber (different from the one the user picked) with a goat behind it and ask theuser if they would like to change their choice. The code then displays a message onwhether the user guessed the correct door. The game then…arrow_forward
