However, the number of items was limited. The proposed expansion would create an “All Seasons Collection” of apparel and gear covering all four season of the year. It would expand the number of matching doll and girl clothing items available One of the benefits of expanding the MMDC’ line is that the line has already demonstrated the commercial viability of the matching doll and child clothing model. The concept has a proven track record and now the company has only to further build on this successful model. Furthermore, the recent positive publicity engendered by the celebrity sightings, will create an even greater demand for the product, and will allow for the maintenance of premium pricing. We believe that the expanded line will be at least as profitable as the existing line. Another strength this project possesses is the project’s moderate risk , which is almost identical to that of MMDC’s existing business line. One of our concerns regarding the expansion of MMDC’s clothing line is the company’s inexperience within the clothing industry. NHDC will have to compete outside its current niche of dolls and accessories. The fickle nature of children’s fashion trends requires that the management keep up with current market trends, in order to maintain its premium pricing. Another concern we think is important to address is the expected lifetime of the project.

Today, she had the opportunity to have a shopping spree and stock up on clothes for the long Ohio winter ahead. An opportunity her family wouldn’t be able to give her on their own. An opportunity given to her by Clothe-A-Child.

Two projects, named Match My Doll Clothing Line and Design Your Own Doll line, were of main concern for Emily Harris. The first focused mainly on expanding the line to include matching all-season clothing for tween girls and their favorite dolls. The second focused on a new initiative that would employ web-based doll-design software to let users customize a doll’s features to their own liking.
Writer Henrik Ibsen, wrote a three act play called “A Doll’s House” in 1879, and later in 1880, transformed his piece into a German production. This play captured the attention of many because, in the original play, Nora, a main character who is both a wife and mother, decided to abandon her family due to a hollow marriage. However, do to the complaints and demands of fans, Ibsen changed the ending in the 1880 version where Nora decided not to abandon her family and marriage. Ibsen’s 1880 ending is more appealing to me than his original.
Theater of the absurd was a drastic change from the traditional kind of drama. Theater of the absurd is similar to the Dada and surrealist film. While traditional kind of drama was written by writers such as Shakespeare and Sophocles. Theater of the absurd is known for dialogue that contradicts actions. For example, if the action is dramatic the dialogue would have gallows of humor. In the theater of the absurd the events would follow no logical order and the characters undergo little to no change. This broke from the traditional mold of how to create a play. An example of a traditional play is A Doll’s Houses. A Doll’s Houses was heavily based on plot, conflict, background and conclusion. While Waiting for Godot is an example of the
A Doll’s House by Henrik Ibsen was an interesting play to read. This play is about a woman named Nora who was treated like a child by her husband and whom though her problems would be over because her husband found a new highly pay job. Also, the main idea behind this play is about the importance of happiness and freedom.

Risk 1: Schedule- At this time, it is unknown the amount of time it will take for the implementation of this new process. My initial analysis is that this will be the area of least concern due to program being housed within my organization and my organization owning the systems and processes that will be implemented. There should be little time spent on process or funding approvals. Once we know all of the modifications that need to be made and implemented we will have a better timeframe and schedule of events.
In addition, we need to evaluate the project’s systematic risk (beta), which includes risks that are not unique to a particular project and not easily manageable by a project team at a given point in time.
Hailey had gotten her doll in the mailbox. Seeing as there was no name on the box and no return address, she didn’t know whom it was sent from. The doll was the most amazing creature Hailey had ever seen. It had long blonde hair, with gorgeous eyes, that looked too real in her porcelain face. It reminded her of her mother. Hailey took out the doll from the box, when she suddenly notice an envelope attached to the bottom. The envelope said “For you”, as It got more exited for Hailey to see what was in the envelope it said “I’m back, we’ll never be apart again xoxo” Hailey was totally freaked out when she read it, she had only seen something similar in movies, and this happening in real life was unbelievable. As she continued to read the card over and over again, she looked at the doll. The doll looked right back a her, which was very bizarre, because right before she opened the box it had her eyes closed. As more she looked at her face the face began to be creepier, the smile on its face were even creepier. Hailey thought she was going to get crazy, because dolls don’t move at all in real life. Suddenly it began to rain, and the dark was coming, Hailey ran inside her apartment and laid the envelope on her table, and putted the doll in the corner
