Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and several others founded Apple Incorporated in 1976 because they had a passion for developing computers (Yoffie & Rossano, 2012). The computers were meant to be user-friendly so that any person could use the computers with ease. Apple’s focus is on continuing to find new ranges of products concerning laptops phones, and many other products. During the making of their computers, the company found that bundling the hardware and software the company produced the Mac Operating System.
With the guidance on the organizational analysis of Apple Incorporated, we discovered that the corporation started marketing the iPod. Then the company expands the market for the Blackberry, and they created a smartphone for the younger generations. Even then this was not enough for the enterprise because they then created and launched the e-reader and iPad. Apple Incorporated continues to produce various upgraded and improved versions of these electronics (Yoffie & Rossano, 2012). With the situational analysis, Apple Incorporated is seen as an organization that revolutionizes the market with innovative products like the iPod, iPhone, Ipad and the Mac Operating System. Although Apple Incorporated has revolutionized the market for such items, they are losing ground when compared to Samsung.
