Do you ever think that homework is a cruel and unfair thing that teachers give to students? Do your kids think homework is unfair? I’m here to tell you why teachers give homework when they have enough time in class to make it classwork. Studies indicate a negative relationship between children's amount of homework and their physical health.

The amount of homework given to students should decrease. The extensive amount of homework takes away family time that is necessary to child development. Also, stress that can can come with homework can cause health issues. The amount of homework given to students can cause students to cheat off students answers because they did not finish. Also, most of the homework that is assigned is not necessary in learning the material.

This shows that excessive homework can lead to high stress levels and physical problems for teens and children. Homework has been around a long time. In fact, the first school made in the world was believed to be built sometime between 140 BC and 143 BC. While studies have proven that homework can have benefits, too much of it can be bad for students. Homework can take away their time for family/activities and can cause negative health effects. When lots of homework is given to an student it can cause stress because not all students understand all the homework given. This also happens because some students don't pay attention in class to understand how to even do homework. Schools shouldn’t have too much homework. Because it can be too much work. School should let students wear street clothes. For instance, some students may not have all the brain. Students, parents, teachers, administrators and other interested parties all seem to have strong and different feelings towards homework.
