Program Plan Intro
Program plan:
String types variables mon, tue and fri are used to store the days.
String types variables cs, cs and cpp are used to store the subjects
String types variables nine, one and three are used to store the times.
Program description:
The purpose of the program is to print a weekly schedule of courses for a single student. The program would be written with the help of appropriate variables in order to avoid the repetition of words and with the use of proper comments.

Using C++
Write a program that can be used to assign seats for a commercial airplane. The airplane has 13 rows, with six seats in each row. Rows 1 and 2 are first class, rows 3 through 7 are business class, and rows 8 through 13 are economy class. Your program must prompt the user to enter the following information:
a. Ticket type (first class, business class, or economy class)
b. Desired seat Output the seating plan as shown in the attached image:
In the attached image, * indicates that the seat is available; X indicates that the seat is occupied. Make this a menu-driven program; show the user’s choices and allow the user to make the appropriate choices.
Part 1: Complete the survey.
Part 2: Peek-a-boo is a fun game that little kids like to play. To simulate this game on the computer, write a program that will generate a random number between 1 and 4. Then, will print to the screen the animal name associated to that number. The animal names used will be:
pig when a 1 is generated
cow when a 2 is generated
chicken when a 3 is generated
horse when a 4 is generated
If your program generates a 3, the output will be:
chicken
The player will then enter a 1 if they would like to play again or anything else to exit the program.
If the player enters "1 1 1 0", the output will be: horse chicken cow horse
For coding simplicity, follow each output animal by a space, even the last one.
Hint: To make testing easier, seed your random number generator with 0.
In Python
Write a program that allows the user to type in a phrase and then outputs the acronym for that phrase. Note: The acronym should be all uppercase, even if the words in the phrase are not capitalized.

- 9. One of the programs that you wrote this semester was "Eight numbers in a cross." The problem was to write a program which allocates the integers 1-8 to the squares in the figure above, subject to the restrictions that no two adjacent squares contain consecutive integers. By adjacent we mean vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. Say we label the eight "boxes" as follows: 1 4 2 5 3 6 In the above diagram, the numbers 0-7 in the boxes are not the values in the boxes but the “names" of the boxes. In the program we used a "helper array: int a[8][5]={ {-1}, { }, { }, { }, { }, { }, { }, { } }; Question: Given the labeling of the boxes of the cross as above, fill in the values in the "helper array" a.arrow_forwardThe body mass index (BMI) is calculated as a person's weight (in pounds) times 720, divided by the square of the person's height (in inches). A BMI in the range 19-25, inclusive, is considered healthy. Write a program that calculates a person's BMI and prints a message mentioning whether they are above, within, or below the healthy range.
